Senior forward Gloria Smart scored a game-high 14 points to lead the Spartans (4-0) past the Garnet Gulls (0-2). Senior center Ava Chebookjian added 10 points. Junior guard Rosabella Salvatore knocked down two three-pointers and finished with seven points.
Senior Ellie Loffreno scored a team-high 10 points in the loss.
Toms River North 68, Lakewood 18
Senior guard Cara Sarluca exploded for a career-high 30 points as the Mariners (1-3) overwhelmed the Piners (0-3). Sarluca tallied four rebounds, four steals, and a block in addition to her game-high point total. Freshman guard Montanna Knoeller also notched a career-high with 19 points in addition to four rebounds and four steals.
Sophomore forward Genai Crudup scored a team-high 12 points in the loss.
Middletown South 36, Manalapan 34
Junior forward Madison Lane scored 11 points, grabbed eight rebounds, dished out three assists, and blocked a shot to lead the Eagles (1-1) past the Braves (1-2). Sophomore guard Megan Moller knocked down three treys to finish with nine points. Sophomore guard Brooke MacGregor added seven points and six rebounds. Senior guard Ava Loucopoulos chipped in five points and pulled down a game-high 12 rebounds.
Monmouth 36, Henry Hudson 18
Junior Peyton Ryan scored a game-high 10 points to lead the Falcons (2-1) past the Admirals (0-3). Senior Emma Riccardi added eight points. Freshman guard Valentina Bachstetter chipped in five points.
Freshman Molly Hensle scored a team-high nine points in the loss.
Southern 52, Wall 47
The Rams (3-1) erased a nine point halftime deficit to defeat the Crimson Knights (1-1) behind 19 points from freshman Mikayla Blahut. Wall led 23-14 at halftime before Southern rallied to take a 30-29 lead at the end of the third quarter. Sophomore Mackenzie Sininsky finished with 11 points. Junior Audrey Ernst knocked down two three-pointers and finished with eight points. Sophomore Gabriella Lum chipped in seven points.
Junior guard Erin McBarron scored a game-high 23 points in the loss.
Central 42, Lacey 26
The Golden Eagles (2-0) handed the rival Lions (3-1) their first loss behind 18 points from senior forward Emma Christensen. Junior guard Maddie Leppard added eight points. Sophomore guard Addison Anacker chipped in with seven points.
Senior Brooklynn Bell scored a team-high 16 points in the loss.
Brick 59, Manchester 42
Sophomore guard Ariana Wissen erupted for a career-high 35 points to lead the Dragons (2-1) past the Hawks (1-2). Wissen was on fire from deep as she connected on six three-pointers. Sophomore guard Ilyani Pozo added four three-pointers on her way to 14 points.
Junior guard Madeline Nolan scored a team-high 24 points in the loss. Sophomore guard Jesse Sarana finished with 12 points.
Trinity Hall 62, Shore 40
Senior guard Whitney Hobson poured in a game-high 16 points as the Monarchs (4-0) took care of business against the Blue Devils (1-2). Freshman guard Ella Krayl added 15 points on five three-pointers. Senior forward Grace Feeney scored 13 points. Senior guard Bridget Rigney chipped in seven points.
Freshman forward Sydney Tilton scored a team-high 11 points in the loss.

The Bulldogs (3-0) earned a significant win over the Cougars (2-2) behind a team-high 19 points from senior Erin Reid. Junior guard Chloe Kelly added 16 points.
Sophomore Julianna Jasina scored a game-high 22 points in the loss.
Brick Memorial 38, Freehold Boro 35
Freshman guard Kailey Tobin scored a team-high 10 points to lead the Mustangs (1-3) to their first victory of the season against the Colonials (1-2). Freshman guard Mikaela Rivers added nine points including two three-pointers. Junior forward Maren Schnieder chipped in eight points.
Junior Olivia Batchelor scored a game-high 13 points in the loss. Freshman Madison Sims added 10 points.

Sophomore Ciley Francis scored 15 points as the Raiders (1-1) held off the crosstown rival Indians (2-1). Junior Libby Dickman knocked down three three-pointers on her way to 13 points. Sophomore Brooke Gathman converted on two three-pointers and finished with 10 points. Junior Kylie Paladino chipped in with seven points.
