Week 1 OIB Ortho Team of the Week: Keansburg Girls Basketball

The Week 1 recipient of the 2026 OIB Ortho Team of the Week is Keansburg, following the Titans 7-0 Start
Keansburg remains undefeated after going 3-0 last week to improve to 7-0 on the season for the first time in at least 15 years. The Titans picked up two out-of-conference victories over Koinonia and Rahway and beat rival Keyport to earn their first Class C North victory.
Keansburg had three players score in double-digits against Koinonia to start the week. Junior Gianna Bettinger scored a career-high 20 points against Koinonia only to break that with 29 points against Rahway. Senior Princess Graves had a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds and Gabriella Flanzbaum added 14 points.
Keansburg defense held Keyport to single digits in every quarter in a 46-11 victory. Flanzbaum, who leads the team with 18 PPG, scored a game-high 21 points for the Titans to give them their first division win.
The Titans had two players with double-doubles in their non-conference win against Rahway. Bettinger grabbed 13 rebounds to go with her career-high 29 points and Graves had 17 points and 15 rebounds. Bettinger also had 7 steals on the defensive side of the floor. Flanzbaum scored a season-high 25 points against Rahway to end the week.
