Junior forward Lily Scalabrini scored twice, including the game-winning goal in extra time, to lead the Panthers (2-0) to a dramatic victory over the Mustangs (1-2).
Scalabrini gave Point Boro a lead in the first half before Brick Memorial tied the score with under 15 minutes left in regulation on a goal by senior midfielder Brooke DeAlmeida.
Senior goalkeeper Ava Bjorndahl made six saves for the Panthers while freshman midfielder Maddie Renna and senior forward Abby Hannemann had one assist each. Senior goalkeeper Giselle Lizardi made 10 saves and junior back Reese Keane assisted on DeAlmeida’s tying goal.

No. 4 Manalapan 1, Marlboro 0
Sophomore Kayla Sasso broke a scoreless tie in the 56th minute off an assist from sophomore Brooke Lordi as the Braves (2-2) nipped the Mustangs (1-1) in a district rivalry game.
Sophomore keeper Jordyn Bauer made 16 saves for Marlboro.
No. 9 Lacey 4, Southern 1
The Lions scored four unanswered goals, including the eventual game-winning goal by senior midfielder Mackenzie Brotherston in the second half, to surge past the Rams (2-2) and improve to 4-0.
Senior forward Brielle Simon scored off an assist from freshman midfielder Brinley Reynolds to give Southern a 1-0 lead before senior midfielder Reece Paget tied the score for Lacey off an assist from senior back Avery Johnson. Brotherstron’s unassisted goal put the Lions up 2-1 and senior forward Natalie McGovern scored twice to open a three-goal cushion.
Brotherston finished with a goal and an assist, junior keeper Ava Schmidt made 11 saves and senior back Kira Kownacki had one assist.
Senior goalkeeper Kelly Quinn made five saves for Southern.
St. John Vianney 3, Middletown North 2
Senior Madison Pieloch buried a penalty kick in the 67th minute and senior back Milani Thompson blocked a shot just before time expired as the Lancers (2-0) held off a late charge from the Lions (0-2) to earn a thrilling nondivisional victory.
St. John Vianney built a 2-0 lead in the first half on a goal by Pieloch in the 24th minute and a goal by senior Madeline Marretta in the 30th minute. Both tallies were assisted by freshman Kennedy Wallace.
Middletown North drew even when junior Ayva Reid scored off a setup from sophomore Sofia Chaknis in the 43rd minute and Chaknis scored in the 50th minute with the assist going to sophomore Ava Cordoma.
Junior goalkeeper Katie Buffalino made seven saves for St. John Vianney and junior Loralai Davis made seven saves for Middletown North.
Brick 1, St. Rose 0
Sophomore back Ava Markey scored off a corner kick by junior forward Shay Henle in the 71st minute to give the Dragons (1-1) the win over the Purple Roses (1-2). Freshman goalkeeper Skye Buksar had a strong game in goal to earn the shutout.
Freshman goalkeeper Chloe Kaczka made four saves for St. Rose.
Trinity Hall 1, Freehold 0
Senior Bella Anzevino scored the game’s lone goal off an assist from junior Ryan Raynor and junior Anna Martin made four saves to lead the Monarchs (2-0) past the Colonials (0-4).
Kendall Livingston made seven saves for Freehold.
Manchester 6, Pinelands 0
Sophomore forwards Madeline Nolan and Gracie Maurer each scored twice and senior goalie Kaia Buckley made four saves to send the Hawks (2-1) to a dominant win over the Wildcats (1-2-1).
Freshman Jesse Sarana and senior back Kyle Miller had one goal apiece and sophomore back Makayla Lawson and senior midfielder Emma Edwards chipped in with one assist each.
Freshman Kyrie Baggett made 10 saves for Pinelands.
