(2) Manchester 51, (15) Brick Memorial 24
Manchester jumped out to a 10-3 lead and held Brick Memorial to six points in the first half to advance into the second round of the Coaches Cup. Freshman Jesse Sarana scored a game-high 10 points and Madeline Nolan added 8 points for the Hawks. Olivia Emanuel scored a team-high 9 points for Brick Memorial. Manchester will host Point Beach in the quarter final round.
(13) Toms River North 36, (4) Wall 32
TRN was trailing by four points entering the final quarter and outscored Wall 15-8 to end the game and advance in the Coaches Cup. Junior Cara Sarluca knocked down three 3-pointers to finish with a game-high 13 points and Kiera Blum added 10 points for the Mariners. Senior Marisa Amitie scored a team-high 12 points for Wall. TRN will travel to Central in the quarterfinal round.

(6) Toms River South 53, (11) Raritan 36
TRS built a 17-8 over Raritan in the first quarter and continue to add to it to advance into the quarterfinal round of the Coaches Cup. Sophomore Linsey Cribbin knocked down three 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 21 points and Daniella Gordon added 15 points for TRS. Angelo Peduto scored a team-high 11 points for Raritan. TRS will play the winner of Marlboro/Donovan Catholic winner.
(7) Point Beach 38, (10) Manalapan 36
Point Beach responded to Manalapan’s 11-5 run in the second quarter to outscore the Braves 12-6 in third quarter on their way to a second round victory. Both Gabrielle Kirchner and Erin Frauenheim led Point Beach with 10 points. Point Beach will travel to Manchester in the quarterfinal round of the Coaches Cup.
(8) Southern 51, (9) Long Branch 38
Southern doubled up Long Branch in the first and third quarter on their way to a second round victory in the Coaches Cup. Southern built a 14-7 lead in the first quarter and built a cushion in the third quarter, outscoring Long Branch 12-6. Casey Collins drained four 3-pointers and finished with 20 points and Samantha Russell added 12 points by going 10-for-13 at the free-throw line. Southern will travel to top seeded Jackson Memorial in the quarterfinals.
(1) Jackson Memorial 66, (17) New Egypt 36
The Jaguars held New Egypt to just four points in the first quarter and took a 34-16 lead into halftime on their way to a second round victory. Junior Kaylee Ambos drained four 3-pointers to score a team-high 14 point and Cali Brown added 11 points for Jackson Memorial. Olivia Stillwell scored a game-high 20 points for New Egypt. Jackson Memorial will host Southern in the quarterfinal round of the Coaches Cup.
