Senior Cruz Farkas was one of four different Manasquan goal-scorers and also added an assist as the Warriors (4-0, 2-0) stormed to a win over the Eagles (3-1, 1-1) in a showdown of unbeaten squads from Class A Central.
Senior Landon Herbert, junior Adam Rodricks and sophomore Noah Matuch each scored a goal for Manasquan, which has scored 12 goals in three games without any player scoring more than one goal in a single game.
Senior Matteo Gallina and Luke Strada scored the Middletown South goals.

Class A South
No. 10 Lacey 6, Central 2
Senior Christian Gilani headed in the equalizer in the 36th minute and the Lions (2-3, 1-1) blew the game open with five goals in the second half to lead Lacey over the rival Golden Eagles (1-3, 0-2), snapping their three-game losing streak.
Senior Sam Rezai slammed in a loose ball in the box in the sixth minute to give Central the early 1-0 lead, but Lacey leveled the score just before halftime while Gilani got his head to a cross from classmate Will Reid and knocked it in.
The Lions then scored the first 11 minutes of the second half to take a 3-1 lead, with freshman Tristan DeRosa finishing a pass from Gilani in the 46th minute and senior Madden Mozal poking in a head-down by sophomore Aiden Tallman off a corner kick by senior Jacob Gilani in the 51st.
Central drew one goal closer when senior Danny Palheta broke in behind the defense for a finish in the 54th minute, but Lacey counted with three unanswered goals to close out the victory.
Tallman headed in a free kick by DeRosa in the 62nd minute and less than a minute later, senior Tanner Grozinski broke through the back-line for a one-on-one vs. goalkeeper Kaden Stout that Grozinski finished for a 5-2 lead. Senior Anthony Introna dribbled by a pair of defenders for a goal that capped the scoring in the 76th.
Class B North
Freehold Twp. 8, St. Rose 0
Senior Gabe Bormolini racked up a hat trick and sophomore Chase Melcher contributed a goal and two assists to lead the Patriots (2-1-1, 1-1-0) in a rout of the Purple Roses (0-4-1, 0-2-0).
Senior Caine Massey also posted a goal and an assist, junior Jaden Doaman collected a pair of assists, and senior Ethan Koziol, Sammy Daoud and Mark Raus each chipped in a goal for Freehold Township.
Freehold Boro 2, Matawan 1
Senior Justin Garcia Lopez assisted a goal by junior Ade Franklyn in the 31st minute and scored one within two minutes of the halftime whistle to spark the Colonials (3-1, 1-0) past the Huskies (1-4, 1-2) for the first divisional win since 2021, snapping a 22-game divisional winless streak.
Class B Central
Asbury Park 2, Neptune 0
Senior Dain Salazar assisted goals by junior Brandon Joseph and sophomore Carlos Valdibia-Marquez and senior goalkeeper Eli Flores saved five shots to earn the shutout as the Blue Bishops (3-1, 3-0) blanked the Scarlet Fliers (1-2, 1-1) for a key division win.
Ranney 9, Keyport 0
Senior Eddie Magherini went off for four goals, including three in the second half, to lead the Panthers (3-1, 2-0) over the Red Raiders (0-3, 0-3).
Senior Tyler Yang and sophomore Braden Morin each added a goal and an assist, with senior Alex Lennon and junior Harry O’Neill each dishing out two assists. Sophomore Matt Portnoy, freshman Zac Levine and freshman Miles Serrapica each scored a goal as well for Ranney.
Class B South
No. 6 Brick Memorial 3, Jackson 1
Junior Nate Stryker scored a goal in each half and senior Landon Amalfa assisted one in each half as the Mustangs (3-1, 2-0) bounced back from a road loss vs. Pinelands by handling the Jaguars (4-2, 1-1) in Class B South divisional play.
Stryker opened the scoring in the 21st minute and senior Sebastian Milan made it 2-0 in the 32nd off the first assist from Amalfa. Stryker extended the lead to 3-0 in the 68th off another find from Amalfa.
Junior Serhii Hryhoriak got Jackson on the board with a goal in the 70th minute.
Manchester 3, Point Beach 2
Junior Muiz Aderogba scored two goals, including the tie-breaking goal that proved to be the game-winner as the Hawks (3-2, 1-1) clipped the Garnet Gulls (3-1, 1-1), handing Point Beach its first loss.
Senior Yoel Santos-Zarco scored to give Manchester a 1-0 lead before junior Brody Powers answered with the equalizer prior to halftime. Aderogba scored to put Manchester back on top in the second half and Point Beach answered with an own goal to make it 2-2.
Toms River South 5, Lakewood 0
Seniors Brody Robillard and Karsin Migliori each scored two goals and senior Jacob Myers pitched in a goal and two assists to lead the Indians (2-1-1, 1-1-0) over the Piners (1-3, 0-2).
Robillard opened the scoring with an olimpico from the right corner and later made it 3-0 off corner kick by senior Shane Gambarony. Myers assisted both goals by Migliori, the first of which made it 2-0 and the second of which pushed the lead to 4-0. Myers then scored to make it 5-0 off an assist by junior Christian Oberti.
Class C South
Brick 6, Donovan Catholic 1
Seniors Gianno Godenzi and Carl Loffredo each scored two goals while also dishing out two assists to lead the Green Dragons (2-2, 2-0) over the Griffins (0-2, 0-1). Matt Rodas and Nana Boakye-Yiadom each added a goal for Brick.
Non-Division
Raritan 2, Monmouth 1
Senior Owen Brackett scored the lone goal in the first half and junior Matei Cojocariu scored what proved to be the game-winner 10 minutes into the second half as the Rockets (3-1) bounced back from their first loss Wednesday vs. Holmdel by topping the Falcons (0-5).
Freshman Casey Simon scored in the 68th to draw Monmouth within a goal, but the Rockets held on.
Non-Conference
New Egypt 2, Nottingham 1
Senior Dylan Harper scored a goal in each half, with the second score breaking a 1-1 deadlock and powering the Warriors (2-2) to a win over the Northstars (1-3).
