Senior Ethan Lustig opened the scoring off a pass from classmate Dan Altman and later found Altman for a goal that capped the scoring as the Braves (2-1-1, 1-1-0) rolled to a win over the Rebels (2-2, 0-2).
Altman also assisted a goal by senior Edoardo Russo, which made it 3-0 in favor of Manalapan in the second half. Senior Ethan Rosenfeld scored the first goal of the second half to give the Braves a 3-0 lead, which came off a set-up by junior Ryan Seybuck.

Toms River East 3, Brick Memorial 1
Senior Aiden Reis scored the game-winning goal in the 70th minute off a pass from classmate Andrew Heid and Heid added an insurance goal three minutes later off a feed from junior Evan Cappetta as the Raiders (5-0) surged past the Mustangs (3-2) to remain unbeaten to open the season.
After a scoreless first half, Brick Memorial struck in the opening two minutes of the second half, with sophomore Matt Heptig following up an initial shot by junior Nate Stryker. Toms River East pulled even in the 48th on a goal by junior Samuel Los coming off an assist by sophomore Brady Gillen.

Jackson 3, West Windsor-Plainsboro South 1
Senior Tristan Nikitin scored two goals to bookend the Jackson scoring and the Jaguars (5-2) ended a two-game slide by handling the Pirates (1-6). Nikitin opened the scoring with a goal in the 22nd minute off a pass from senior Collin Williams and later capped the scoring off a feed from sophomore Yousef Abdelmalak in the 51st.
Senior Rafael Cruz made it 2-0 in favor of Jackson with a goal in the 35th minute off an assist from junior Serhii Hryhoriak.
