Senior guard Amber Wooding scored 25 points as the Cardinals (1-1) defeated the Bengals (0-1). Sophomore forward Kayla Williams chipped in 12 points.

Sophomore forward Elayna Ordonez registered a double-double in the loss with a team-high 11 points and 12 rebounds. Senior guard Madysen Plescho added 10 points and four steals. Freshman Carly Manna chipped in eight points and 11 rebounds in her varsity debut.
