American Division

No. 3 Trinity Hall 11, No. 7 Manasquan 5

A pair of hat tricks from senior Mary Catherine O’Connor and sophomore O’Malley Eldridge guided the Monarchs (5-4, 3-1) past the Warriors (2-6, 0-5). Eldridge tallied 2 assists in addition to her 3 goals for a career-high 5 points. Sophomore Chiara Donahue scored 2 goals and distributed 1 assist along with being an absolute menace on the defensive end where she forced 5 turnovers. Senior Bridie Fitzgerald added a goal and an assist. Junior defender Winnie Popham forced a game-high 7 turnovers in the win.

Sophomore Anella Petracco and freshman Chloe Stevens each scored 2 goals in the loss for the Warriors. Sophomore Dylan Carnahan also scored a goal.

 

No. 6 Southern 11, No. 2 Shore 10

Senior Delaney Falk scored 5 goals and distributed an assist to help the Rams (5-3, 3-3) knock off the number 2 ranked Blue Devils (9-3, 2-2). Senior Piper Murray chose an excellent time to record her first hat trick of the season. Senior Avery Smith sank 2 shots. Junior Izzy Muti added a goal and 3 assists. Freshman Mackenzie Sininsky distributed 3 assists. Junior Adyson Griffin recorded 7 saves in a game where each save was crucial.

Senior Gabby O’Brien scored 4 goals in the loss for the Blue Devils. Sophomores Marielle Montenegro and Ava Matthews both scored 2 goals. Seniors Teagan Harmon and Kendall Bennett both added 1 goal and 1 assist. Bennett’s goal was her 100th career goal.

 

Colonial Division

Barnegat 11, No. 8 Toms River East 10

 

No. 10 Central 15, Wall 14

Freshman Addison Frulio erupted for a career-high 10 goals to carry the Golden Eagles (7-3, 5-1) past the upset-minded Crimson Knights (3-8, 2-4). Frulio now has 40 goals in the first 10 games of her career. Senior Samantha DeMarco scored 3 goals and senior RyAnn Dunn added 2 goals and 2 assists in the win for the Golden Eagles.

 

Manalapan 9, Holmdel 8

 

Constitution Division

Red Bank Catholic 15, Toms River South 10

The Caseys (7-3, 6-0) jumped out to a 9-4 lead at halftime and kept the Indians (5-2, 3-1) at an arm’s length the rest of the way in what was a match-up of the last 2 unbeaten teams within the Constitution Division. Sophomore Alexandra Rogers scored 6 goals and 2 assists, and senior Malia D’Alterio scored 5 goals and 2 assists to lead the offensive attack. Freshman Valentina Corba added 2 goals. Sophomore Ava Torregrossa and freshman Rylie Bender each scored a goal. Sophomore Emily Manzo tallied an assist. Sophomore goalie Cecilia Granatelli stopped 10 shots in the win.

Sophomore Rebecca Strehle had a breakout offensive game in the loss scoring the first 4 goals of her career. Senior Alexandra Burke and sophomore Alayna Poskay each added 2 goals. The 2 goals were a career-high for Poskay. Seniors Madeline Krohn and Brooke Picca also both added a goal.

 

Marlboro 10, Jackson Memorial 6

Senior Kammi Haeusser scored 4 goals to guide the Mustangs (4-2, 2-1) past the Jaguars (3-6, 2-4). On her final goal of the day, Haeusser reached the 100 career-goal milestone. Junior Hayden Paling and sophomore Elizabeth Stellato each scored 2 goals and distributed 1 assist. Sophomore Dani Kapp scored her first career goal and tallied an assist. Junior Molly Chodos also added a goal. Junior goalie Amanda Collura stopped 5 shots in the win for the Mustangs.

Sophomore Regan Cooney scored 2 goals and tallied an assist, and sophomore Ella Cooke scored 2 goals in the loss for the Jaguars. Senior Cheyenne Maloney added a goal and an assist. Junior Abby Wisniewski scored a goal, and junior Emily McGovern tallied an assist.

 

Nondivisional

Donovan Catholic 16, Long Branch 8

Junior Maddie Koehler scored 7 goals and distributed 2 assists to lead the Griffins (2-4) in a win over the Green Wave (3-7). Koehler is up to 35 goals through the first 6 games of the season. Junior Gianna DelliSanti scored 5 goals for the fifth game in a row. Junior Morgan Poskay recorded her third hat trick of the season. Sophomore Bella Ferri and freshman Sophia Meuerle each tallied an assist. Junior goalie Kylie DeGraff stopped 10 shots in the win for the Griffins.

Senior Roselin Reyes-Lopez scored 4 goals and 2 assists in the loss for the Green Wave. Senior Romina Revelo added 3 goals and 2 assists. Senior Sherline Reyes-Lopez scored 1 goal while junior Ashley Martinez-Garcia tallied 1 assist. Senior goalie Katherine Perez-Mora recorded 11 saves.

 

Nonconference

Stuart Day 10, Ranney 9

Stuart Day (2-5) topped the Panthers (3-6) behind 7 goals from senior Allison Lee, who has 296 career goals.

Junior Kennedy Poser scored 6 goals and distributed 2 assists in the loss for the Panthers. Juily Nayar added 2 goals while junior Hailey Mullen added 1 goal. Freshman goalie Marisa DiNapoli had 9 saves.

 

No. 1 Rumson-Fair Haven 10, Shawnee 8

The Bulldogs (6-3) defeated South Jersey power Shawnee (6-2) who is ranked number 6 in the state according to NJ Advance Media behind a pair of hat tricks from senior leaders Rachel James and Daisen Iwan. The score was tied 5-5 at halftime before the Bulldogs outscored the Renegades 5-1 in the 3rd quarter. Shawnee tacked on 2 goals in the 4th quarter before Rumson held them off. James and Iwan both finished with 3 goals and 1 assist. Senior Mia Milkowski sank 1 shot and distributed an assist. Seniors Kendall Carcaterra and Kat O’Connor as well as sophomore Chloe Kelly each scored a goal. Sophomore goalie Sydney Kiernan denied 5 shots in the win for the Bulldogs.
