(1) Freehold Township 13, (9) Jackson Memorial 3

Freshman Addison Freyre scored a career-high 4 goals and tallied an assist, and junior Gianna Neron scored 3 goals and distributed an assist as the Patriots (14-2) topped the Jaguars (7-8) to advance to the semifinals of the Coaches Cup. Juniors May Luxenberg and Reese Metcalfe both scored 2 goals. Seniors Alyssa Costagliola and Chloe Walters both added a goal. Senior Savannah Ziccardi saved 8 shots in the win for the Patriots.

Junior Abby Wisniewski scored 2 goals and senior Cheyenne Maloney added 1 goal in the loss for the Jaguars. Senior goalie Kaelyn Dunbar saved 10 shots.

 

Freedom Division

Brick Memorial 8, Donovan Catholic 7

Sophomore Lyla Blood netted a hat trick and tallied an assist as the Mustangs (9-7) edged the Griffins (5-9). Senior Paige Fraser scored 2 goals and distributed 3 assists. Junior Charlotte Kampf scored a goal and tallied 2 assists. Senior Brianna Werner scored a goal. Junior Ella Kennedy tallied 2 assists. Junior goalie Caylyn Rivera saved 6 shots in the win for the Mustangs.

Junior Gianna DelliSanti netted 4 goals in the loss for the Griffins. DelliSanti scored her 100th career goal on her final score of the day. Junior Maddie Koehler scored a goal and tallied an assist. Freshman Caroline Eberle and sophomore Isabella Ross both scored a goal. Junior Morgan Poskay tallied an assist. Junior goalie Kylie DeGraff saved 7 shots.

Red Bank Catholic 10, No. 9 Barnegat 9

Sophomore Alexandra Rogers netted 4 goals and 2 assists as the Caseys (10-7) knocked off the Bengals (11-6). Sophomore Emily Manzo registered her first career hat trick along with an assist. Senior Malia D’Alterio scored a goal and tallied an assist. Senior Molly Fox and freshman Rylie Bender both scored a goal. Sophomore Cecelia Granatelli recorded 7 saves in the win for the Caseys.

Sophomore Ella Tortorici scored 4 goals and distributed an assist in the loss for the Bengals. Sophomore Molly Carroll scored 2 goals. Sophomore Sadie Guiro scored a goal and tallied an assist. Senior Emilia Ercolino and junior Lizzy Medina both scored a goal. Junior Allie Soden stopped 13 shots.

The Raiders (10-6) corralled the Mustangs (9-5) with dominant defense and won the possession battle on their way to victory. Junior Allison Momm and freshmen Jaeda Batin and Ciley Francis each scored 2 goals and tallied 1 assist. Sophomore Libby Dickman scored 2 goals. Senior Maria Hayduk sank 1 shot and distributed 2 assists. Seniors Brooke Brattole and Grace Crowley both added 1 goal and 1 assist. Four other Raiders scored 1 goal including senior Noella Manzo, senior Jill Malangone, sophomore Elle Dworzanski, and freshman Charlotte Standfast. Manzo, Malangone, and Dworzanski’s goals were the first of their respective careers. Freshman Lana Rojas tallied an assist. Senior Gianna Addesso saved 5 shots in the win for the Raiders.

Senior Kammi Haeusser and sophomore Elizabeth Stellato both scored a goal in the loss for the Mustangs.
