American Division

No. 6 Southern 8, No. 4 Red Bank 3

Southern (4-3, 2-3) picked up a key divisional win over Red Bank (4-3, 2-3) behind strong team defense and 3 goals from freshman Mackenzie Sininsky. Senior Delaney Falk added 2 goals and 2 assists. Senior Avery Smith scored 1 goal and tallied 2 assists. Seniors Meri Cassidy and Piper Murray each scored a goal in the win for the Rams.

Junior Kate Meulener scored 2 goals in the loss for the Bucs. Sophomore Rose Lynch scored her first career goal. Juniors Chloe Keating and Karlie Ruland each tallied an assist.

 

No. 1 Rumson-Fair Haven 14, No. 7 Manasquan 5

Senior Rachel James scored 5 goals and tallied 1 assist to lead Rumson-Fair Haven (5-3, 4-0) to a convincing win over Manasquan (1-5, 0-4). Sophomore Chloe Kelly added a career-high 3 goals and 2 assists. Sophomore Aly Megaw scored 2 goals and 2 assists. Senior Mia Milkowski added 1 goal and 1 assist. Seniors Kendall Carcaterra, Sophie Yockel, and Vivian Braceland each added a goal. Sophomore Reese Lydon and freshman Celia Benedetto each tallied an assist. Sophomore goalie Sydney Kiernan recorded 3 saves in the win for the Bulldogs.

 

Colonial Division

Barnegat 5, No. 9 Point Boro 4

A strong defensive performance coupled with 6 saves from junior Allie Soden helped Barnegat (6-2, 3-2) knock off No. 9 Point Boro (5-2, 3-2). Sophomore Ella Tortorici scored a team-high 2 goals in a game where scoring was at a premium. Senior Emilia Ercolino and sophomores Molly Carroll and Sadie Guiro each scored 1 goal in the win for the Bengals.

Sophomore Aubrey Gilbert recorded a hat trick and sophomore Aubree Piemonte scored her first career goal in the loss for the Panthers.

 

No. 10 Central 13, No. 8 Toms River East 9

Freshman Addison Frulio and senior RyAnn Dunn combined for 16 points to lead Central (6-3, 4-1) past Toms River East (5-2, 4-1). Frulio scored 6 goals, distributed 1 assist, recovered 6 ground balls, won 7 draw controls, and forced a turnover. Dunn sank 6 goals and tallied 3 assists. Senior Samantha DeMarco added a goal while seniors Mia Treney and Jenna Robinson each tallied an assist. Senior goalie Morgan Schinder stopped 8 shots in the win for the Golden Eagles.

Junior Allison Momm scored a team-high 4 goals in the loss for the Raiders. Senior Grace Crowley added 2 goals. Senior Maria Hayduk and freshmen Ciley Francis and Jaeda Batin each added a goal. Sophomore Libby Dickman tallied an assist.

 

Holmdel 15, Toms River North 9

 

Constitution Division

Jackson Memorial 9, Lacey 6

A pair of hat tricks from senior Cheyenne Maloney and sophomore Regan Cooney guided Jackson Memorial (2-5, 1-3) to their first divisional win over Lacey (3-4, 2-2). Junior Abby Wisniewski added 2 goals while senior Alayna Walenty added 1 goal. Junior goalie Kaelyn Dunbar continued to be strong in the net recording 8 saves in the win for the Jaguars.

 

Colts Neck at Toms River South, 3:30 p.m.

 

Red Bank Catholic 13, Marlboro 7

Senior Malia D’Alterio put together another outstanding all-around performance in Red Bank Catholic’s (6-3, 5-0) win over Marlboro (3-2, 1-1). D’Alterio finished with 7 goals, 2 assists, 3 ground balls, 10 draw controls, and 1 forced turnover. Sophomore Alexandra Rogers added 2 goals and 1 assist while freshman Rylie Bender added 2 goals. Freshman Valentina Corba scored 1 goal and distributed 2 assists while sophomore Ava Torregrossa scored a goal. Senior Molly Fox distributed 2 assists in the win for the Caseys.

 

Freedom Division

St. John Vianney 14, Brick Memorial 9

Senior Makayla Mitchell matched her career-high with 9 goals to lead St. John Vianney (4-1, 4-1) past Brick Memorial (4-4, 2-3). Freshman Grace Rispoli also had a career-high day in both goals and assists finishing with 4 and 3 in the two categories.

Junior Charlotte Kampf scored 3 goals in the loss for the Mustangs. Senior Paige Fraser added 2 goals and 3 assists while senior Ashley Raps added a career-high 2 goals. Junior Ella Kennedy scored 1 goal and 1 assist while sophomore Lyla Blood scored 1 goal.

 

Independence Division

Ranney 11, Pinelands 8

A 5 goal performance from Juily Nayar led Ranney (3-5, 3-3) past Pinelands (2-4, 1-4). Sophomore Chloe Foster matched her career-high with 3 goals. Junior Kennedy Poser scored 2 goals and distributed 2 assists. Sophomore Alexa Herbst scored 1 goal. Junior Hailey Mullen tallied 1 assist. Freshman goalie Marisa DiNapoli recorded 10 saves in the win for the Panthers.

Seniors Kaitlyn Siino and Olivia Shertenlieb each scored 3 goals and tallied 1 assist in the loss for the Wildcats. Seniors Olivia Nilsen and Alyssa Brown each added 1 goal while freshman Ava Plant tallied 1 assist. Junior goalie Madison Lowry had 8 saves.

 

Nondivisional

Manalapan at Middletown North, 5:15 p.m.

 

Nonconference

Shawnee 7, No. 3 Trinity Hall 6

Trinity Hall (4-4) fell to Shawnee (5-1) after the Renegades erased a 6-5 deficit after three quarters and shut out the Monarchs in the 4th quarter. Sophomore Chiara Donahue scored 3 goals in the loss while freshman Lucy Mallgrave added 2 goals and freshman Lyla Lu added 1 goal.
