(4) St. Rose 73, (5) Central 51

Junior Jayden Hodge scored 25 points, grabbed eight rebounds, swiped five steals and blocked three shots to lead the Purple Roses (17-7) past the Golden Eagles (21-3) and back to the SCT semifinals for a third straight season.

Hodge scored eight of his points during the third quarter, during which St. Rose outscored Central, 23-9, to stretch its lead to 56-39. Senior Evan Romano scored 13 points for the game and capped the quarter with a conterest 28-foot three-pointer as time expired.

Junior Tyler Cameron added 10 points and seven rebounds and senior Bryan Ebeling chipped in nine points for St. Rose.

Senior Jaycen Santucci scored 18 of his team-high 21 points in the first half to get Central off to a strong start. The Golden Eagles led, 20-17, during the middle of the second quarter with Santucci scoring 16 of the points. St. Rose closed the first half on a 13-6 run to turn a four-point deficit into a 33-30 lead by halftime.

Senior Aidan Graham added 11 points for Central while seniors Jayson King and Royalty Riley each chipped in eight in the loss.

(2) CBA 73, (7) Holmdel 48

Senior Justin scored 16 points pulled in 11 rebounds and joined the 1,000-point club for his career, highlighting a Colts (18-3) win over the Hornets (13-8) that sends CBA to the SCT semifinal.

Fuerbacher knocked down a three-pointer from the wing with 1:22 left in the third quarter to become the 21st CBA player to eclipse the 1,000-point threshold.

Senior Kevin Pikiell added 15 points and four assists, junior Connor Andree turned in 12 points and 13 rebounds and junior Charlie Marcoullier pitched in 11 points for CBA, which broke the game open with a 15-0 second-quarter run that turned a 15-13 game into a 30-13 CBA.

Senior Daxx Corneiro scored 18 points and classmate C.J. Karis added 15 to lead Holmdel.

(6) Rumson-Fair Haven 51, (3) Red Bank 44

Senior Carson Memmott scored 15 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and threw down a threw down a fourth-quarter dunk that sent the Bulldogs (17-5) on their way in an SCT quarterfinal win over the rival Bucs (19-4).

Memmott and junior Luke Cruz each hammered in a dunk late in the fourth quarter as a pair of exclamation points for Rumson, which took the lead in the first minute of the third quarter and did not give it back. Cruz finished with 14 points and nine rebounds.

Rumson senior David Carr added eight points, including a pair of three-pointers early in the fourth quarter. Junior Luke Lydon scored all seven of his points in the fourth quarter, including a corner three-pointer that stretched Rumson’s lead to 45-40 with just under three minutes left.

Senior Ryan Fisher scored a game-high 18 points to lead Red Bank and classmate Zayier Dean added 11 in the loss.

Rumson will face No. 2 CBA Wednesday in the first SCT semifinal at RWJ Barnabas Health Arena in Toms River.

(1) Manasquan 61, (9) Colts Neck 31

Sophomore Rey Weinseimer scored 18 points to go with five rebounds and three assists and senior Griffin Linstra posted 13 points, 13 rebounds and three assists as the Warriors (19-3) rollowed to a one-sided win over the Cougars (12-8) to reach the SCT semifinals for the seventh straight season.

Senior Brandon Kunz and sophomore Logan Cleveland each added nine points for Manasquan — all in the second half — with Kunz hitting three second-half three-pointers and Cleveland also pulling in six rebounds. Senior Jack O’Reilly also pitched in eight points and seven rebounds in the win.

Senior Dillon Younger led Colts Neck with 10 points.

Manasquan will face No. 4 St. Rose Wednesday in Toms River in the second semifinal, which will mark the third game between the two Class A Central division rivals this season. St. Rose won at Manasquan, 50-45, in December and again at St. Rose, 61-48, on Jan. 22.

Point Beach 65, Henry Hudson 46

Sophomore Tyler Preston scored 20 points and the Garnet Gulls coasted to a win over the Admirals. Junior Jacob Edgecomb added 15 points and senior Scot Crowley chipped in 10 points for Point Beach.

Senior Kevin Pharo scored 14 points and classmate Jack Fitzpatrick contributed 11 to lead Henry Hudson.

Howell 61, Shore 50

Senior Peter Barkauskas and sophomore Noah Musto each scored 17 points and the Rebels outscored the Blue Devils, 19-2, in the fourth quarter to pick up the come-from-behind road win.
