No. 9 Manasquan 34, Colts Neck 14
The Warriors (7-1, 4-1) clinched a share of the division title alongside Red Bank, using a big-time rushing performance against the Cougars (2-7, 1-4).
Senior running back Justice Morgan notched three touchdowns on the ground – scoring from 10, 89, and 23 yards – while fellow senior back Ace Etienne scored twice in the first half.
Manasquan led 20-14 after a solid first half from Colts Neck, but pitched a shutout in the final 30 minutes.
Class C South
Lacey 45, Lakewood, 14
The Lions (3-5, 2-2) closed the regular season with a strong victory over the Piners (2-7, 0-4).
Junior quarterback Joe Geiger scored once each through the air and with his legs, while Lacey got touchdowns elsewhere from senior wideout Grayson Koch, senior running back Nick Rozell, and two rushing touchdowns in the third quarter from junior running back Joe Davis.
Senior kicker Lucas Conforti converted on all six extra point attempts, and hit a 42-yard field goal in the second quarter.
Class D North
Asbury Park 36, Freehold Boro 13
The Blue Bishops (5-3, 1-3) notched their first division win and clinched a winning regular season with another game won on the ground.
Senior running back A’meire Massie toted the ball 19 times for 276 yards and another five touchdowns on the ground. Senior quarterback Ny’John Kirkpatrick completed two of his three passing attempts for 26 yards, finding senior wideout Kingston Dunkley (eight yards) and sophomore receiver Divine Washington (18 yards).
On the defensive side, freshman linebacker Braylon Johnson recorded a sack and an interception, while sophomore defensive back Na’Kiem Carson recovered a fumble.
Friday, Oct. 24
Class A North
No. 3 Holmdel 49, Middletown North 38
Senior quarterback Jack Cannon tossed three touchdown passes and ran for two more as the Hornets (6-2, 4-1) won a shootout against the Lions (3-4, 1-3).
Cannon found sophomore wideout Anthony Serini for two touchdowns and senior wideout James Murphy for one touchdown. Junior running back Matthew Scheinman ran for a pair of touchdowns and senior kicker Brandon Mueller was 7-for-7 on extra points.
No. 1 Red Bank Catholic 56, Marlboro 7
The Caseys (8-1, 5-0) cruised to the outright Class A North title as they defeated the Mustangs (2-7, 0-5) behind three touchdowns from freshman running back Gabe Kemp.
Kemp scored on a 40-yard touchdown pass from freshman quarterback Rahmir Rivera and rushed for 7-yard and 2-yard touchdowns. Rivera also tossed a 10-yard touchdown pass to junior tight end TJ Walsh and a 21-yard touchdown pass to senior wideout Daniel Zabora.
Junior running back Luke Lonczak scored on a 1-yard rushing touchdown. Junior running back Jake Bickerton ran for a 74-yard touchdown. Sophomore wideout Cole Sternlieb scored on a 58-yard touchdown pass from junior quarterback Rocco Bongiovi.

Class A South
No. 2 Brick Memorial 47, Jackson 14
Senior quarterback Jason Lajara found senior wideout Nyzier Matthews for three touchdown passes and ran for two touchdowns of his own as the Mustangs (7-2, 3-1) raced past the Jaguars (2-7, 1-3) to clinch a share of the Class A South title along with Donovan Catholic.
Senior linebacker Trey Tallmadge returned an interception for a touchdown. Lajara also found junior wideout Shawn Fowler for a touchdown.
Point Boro 17, No. 6 Toms River North 14
A 31-yard field goal from junior kicker Jack Sullivan with 1:42 remaining in the game followed by an interception from freshman defensive back Owen Hart sealed an upset victory for the Panthers (4-4, 2-2) over the Mariners (4-5, 2-2).
Junior quarterback Jake Clayton scored on a 13-yard touchdown run in the first half and found senior slotback Jack Scalabrini on a 24-yard touchdown pass in the second half. Freshman defensive back Lincoln Blasi also had an interception.
Junior quarterback Logan Brill threw a 3-yard touchdown pass to Jared Brown and a 10-yard touchdown pass on a screen to junior tight end Jack Baker in the loss for Toms River North.
Class B North
No. 10 Manalapan 37, Freehold Township 7
Senior running back Ah’sere Woolfolk rushed for two touchdowns and added a pair of two-point conversions as the Braves (6-3, 3-1) stifled the Patriots (5-4, 0-4).
Junior quarterback Cameron Desfosse found junior running back Nicky Palmieri on a 50-yard touchdown pass and senior wideout DJ Corsaro on a 28-yard touchdown pass. Palmieri added a 5-yard rushing touchdown. Corsaro recorded an interception on defense, and junior tight end Ethan Fogelstrom added a 2-point conversion.
No. 8 Wall 28, St. John Vianney 0
The Crimson Knights (6-2, 4-0) clinched the outright division title in shutout fashion over the Lancers (4-5, 2-2).
Senior running back Dylan Cohen scored a trio of touchdowns on the ground as part of a 150-yard night, while senior quarterback Brian McKenna threw a fourth-down touchdown pass to senior wideout Maddox Mizelle in the second quarter.
St. John Vianney turned the ball over twice and was stopped on fourth down three times as the Wall defense posted its third shutout of the season and second in a row.
Class B South
Brick 43, Manchester 0
The Green Dragons (4-5, 2-2) blanked the Hawks (0-9, 0-4) behind three rushing touchdowns from senior quarterback James Hirtes.
Senior running back Matt McGuigan added two rushing touchdowns and sophomore running back Kellen Weise also had a rushing touchdown.
No. 5 Southern 34, Toms River South 7
Junior quarterback Carson Abbato tossed three touchdown passes and rushed for a 5-yard touchdown as the Rams (8-1, 4-0) defeated the Indians (2-7, 1-3) to clinch the outright Class B South title.
Abbato found junior wideout Chris Raub on touchdowns of 70 and 45 yards and hit senior tight end Colton Oravets for a 30-yard touchdown. Sophomore running back Niko Iliescu scored on a 15-yard touchdown run.
Class C North
Red Bank 35, Long Branch 2
Senior running back Matt Huss rushed for two touchdowns as the Bucs (5-3, 4-1) defeated the rival Green Wave (0-9, 0-5) to clinch at least a share of the Class C North title for their first division title in 10 years.
Huss scored on a 70-yard touchdown run and a 1-yard touchdown run. Senior wideout Ari Fraser scored on a 40-yard touchdown run and caught a 1-yard touchdown pass from junior quarterback Brett Laude. Junior wideout Kaden Jackson also scored on a 40-yard touchdown run.
Manasquan can tie Red Bank for the title with a win over Colts Neck on Saturday.
Shore 35, Matawan 19
The Blue Devils (6-2, 3-2) knocked off the Huskies (5-4, 3-2) to deny Matawan a share of the Class C North title.
Junior running back Cole Torres scored on a 67-yard touchdown run and returned a fumble 69 yards for a touchdown on defense. Junior quarterback Logan Clark scored on a rushing touchdown. Senior defensive back Vincent Sasso returned an interception 12 yards for a touchdown.
Class C South
Toms River East 6, Pinelands 0
A three-yard touchdown run from senior quarterback Brayden Flanagan proved to be the difference as the Raiders (5-4, 4-0) blanked the Wildcats (6-3, 3-1) to clinch the Class C South division title.
The win marked Toms River East’s first division title since 2019.
Class D North
Neptune 26, Raritan 13
Junior quarterback Caleb Brown-Mason found junior wideout Hassin McMillan for two first-half touchdown passes as the Scarlet Fliers (8-1, 4-0) knocked off the Rockets (3-5, 3-1) to clinch the Class D North title.
Brown-Mason threw three touchdown passes, including one to junior wideout Daaron Lynch, and ran for 104 yards on 16 carries. Junior running back Kingston Pinnock added a rushing touchdown.
The Scarlet Fliers earned their first outright division title since 1998.
Junior Marko Brown had a 37-yard touchdown run and junior Eric Berg caught a 22-yard touchdown pass from junior quarterback Parker Needham in the loss for Raritan.
Class D South
New Egypt 26, Monmouth 13
Senior running back Eddie Novatkowski ran for two touchdowns and returned an interception for a touchdown on defense as the Warriors (4-4, 3-1) prevailed against the Falcons (5-4, 2-2).
Sophomore quarterback Thomas Marabuto also found senior wideout Clyde Ferris on a passing touchdown.
Point Beach 43, Keansburg 7
Senior quarterback Matthew Rossi threw for over 250 yards and four touchdowns as the Garnet Gulls (4-0, 6-2) topped the Titans (2-6, 0-4) to clinch the outright Class D South title.
Senior wideout Elijah Ives caught a touchdown, ran for a touchdown, and recorded an interception on defense. Sophomore wideout Blaise Sholander had over 100 yards receiving and recorded an interception on defense. Sophomore running back Gage Boyle rushed for a touchdown and recorded double-digit tackles on defense.
Nondivisional
No. 4 Donovan Catholic 21, Howell 0
The red-hot Griffins (6-3) notched their fifth straight victory – and helped their case in jockeying for a top position in the Non-Public B playoff race – with a shutout victory over the Rebels (3-6).
A strong run game helped propel Donovan Catholic forward once again, led by junior running back Alex Staten’s 143 yards and two scores on 13 carries. Senior fullback Brody Dapkins added a third touchdown on the board from a yard out.
In the passing game, junior quarterback Kahden Davis completed six of his 13 pass attempts for 40 yards, completing passes to three different receivers.
Barnegat 47, Keyport 16
The Bengals (4-5) closed the regular season on a high note, rumbling on the ground over the Red Raiders (1-8)
Senior quarterback Jack Haviland found the end zone three times, finishing with 127 yards on nine carries. Barnegat also got rushing touchdowns from junior running back Christopher Santero, senior wideout Peter Ladzinski, and senior running back Esteban Babilonia.
On the defensive side, the Bengals recorded 12 tackles for loss, an interception, and a fumble returned for a 50-yard touchdown by Babilonia.
No. 12 Central 29, Ocean 14
Senior Elijah Reeder scored on three short rushing touchdowns and senior quarterback Jacob Halpin found senior wideout Tino Nastasi on a 40-yard touchdown pass as the Golden Eagles (8-1) defeated the Spartans (4-5) for their sixth straight win.
