Shore Conference Football Transfer List: Who Ended Up Where
It was a busy offseason in Shore Conference football when it came to players changing uniforms.
The age of the NJSIAA’s one-time, penalty-free transfer for underclassmen has spawned a host of movement that resembles the transfer portal at the college football level.
Here are the players who have switched schools in the Shore Conference heading into this season.
One other player of note: Red Bank Catholic senior Blake Caruso, Shore Sports Insider’s first-team All-Shore kicker from a year ago and a starting safety, transferred out of RBC on Aug. 25, according to RBC head coach Mike Lange. His new team is not official yet, but he will have to sit out more than three weeks after transferring as a senior.
Also, Donovan Catholic junior Gavin Nascimento and senior Jayden Nascimento, who both started for the Griffins last season, transferred to Southern but they are not playing football. They are both focusing on lacrosse, and Jayden is committed to Rutgers for lacrosse.
