Class A North
No. 7 Ranney 74, Colts Neck 43
Ranney jumped out to an 18-6 lead at the end of the 1st quarter and never looked back in an impressive victory over Colts. Four players finished in double-digits for the Panthers who improved their overall record to 14-6 on the season. Senior Michelle Steele led all scorers with 22 points while Senior Haley Poser finished with 19 points, 6 assists, and 5 steals, Sophomore Ashley Kreiger scored 17 points and recorded 8 rebounds, and Senior Lola MacRae added 12 points and 5 assists in the victory.
Marlboro 74, Ocean 14
Marlboro knocked down 12 3-pointers to win their 8th game of the season. Freshman Mackenzie Klatsky had her third game in a row and fourth of the season with six 3-pointers to finish with 18 points.
No. 8 Trinity Hall 31, Shore Regional 24
Trailing by three points going into the fourth quarter, Trinity Hall outscored Shore 14-4 to win their 16th game of the season. Junior Grace Feeney scored a game-high 11 points for the Monarchs. Senior Kimi Sayson scored a team-high 10 points for Shore.
Class A Coastal
No. 5 Red Bank Regional 50, Holmdel 38
Leading by one point going into the fourth quarter, RBR outscored Holmdel 20-9 to closeout the game and win their 13th game of the season. Down two starters, Kristen Connors stepped in and scored a a career-high 18 points to lead the Bucs. Senior Caroline Polloway added 10 points and had 5 blocks for RBR. Senior Mackenzie Teevan scored a team-high 15 points for Holmdel.
Class A South
Donovan Catholic 40, Toms River North 35
Donovan Catholic built their lead to 8 points going into the fourth quarter and hung on to win their 3rd game of the season. Hannah Kelly knocked down three 3-pointers to finish with a game-high 12 points ad Kaylen Wright added 10 points for Donovan Catholic. Senior Jordyn Brown scored a team-high 10 points for TRN and Cara Sarluca dished out 10 assists.
Class B North
Manalapan 41, Asbury Park 10
Monmouth 60, Long Branch 58
Trailing by 19 points at halftime, Monmouth battled back in the second half to win their 5th game of the season. Amaya Harris, who recently returned to the line-up, posted a double-double with 27 points and 11 rebound for Monmouth. Senior Leomary Diaz-Merino scored a career-high 41 points and Nevaeh Wheeler added 23 points for Long Branch.
Class B Coastal
Matawan 49, Keyport 25
Matawan built a 10 point lead at halftime and held Keyport to 8 points in the second half to win their 8th game of the season. Matawan had 11 different players score and Zaira Carballo scored a game-high 15 points.
Middletown North 70, Raritan 34
Tied at 15 after the first quarter, Middletown North outscored Raritan 17-6 in the second quarter and put the game out of reach with a 29-5 third quarter to win their 14th game of the season. Junior Daniella Gonzalez scored a career-high 25 points and Karleigh Aber posted a double-double with 14 points and 18 rebounds for the Lions.
Keansburg 48, Henry Hudson 33
Keansburg built a 14 point lead at halftime and held on to it to win their 14th game of the season. Junior Gabriella Flanzbaum scored a game-high 18 points for Keansburg.
Non-Divisional
Brick Township 51, Brick Memorial 25
Brick Township jumped out to a 21-4 lead after the first quarter and held Brick Memorial to just 8 points in the first half to win their 13th game of the season. Three players scored double-digits for the Dragons with Riley Nausedas scoring a game-high 12 points and both CiCi Weatherspool and Ariana Wissen added 10 points each.
No. 6 Howell 64, Freehold Township 48
Leading 49-45 after 3 quarters, Howell pulled away from Freehold Township in the 4th quarter by outscoring the Patriots 13-3. Senior Kiera McKown and Sophomore Kylee Beam paced the Rebels as each recorded a double-double. McKown finished with 21 points, 11 rebounds, and 6 blocks while Beam finished with 20 points and 12 rebounds in the win. Junior Chloe Glickman scored a team-high 17 points in the loss for the Patriots.
Neptune 63, Lacey 45
Trailing by one going into the second quarter, Neptune exploded for 28 points and took a 9 point lead in halftime and built on that to win their 9th game of the season. Senior Christa Ramos knocked down four 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 23 points and freshman Tyeera Howard continues her strong start since coming off the injury list with 17 points and 6 rebounds. Junior Brooklyn Bell scored a team-high 18 points for Lacey.
