Class A Central
No. 6 Howell 52, Jackson Memorial 35
Howell jumped out to a 16-4 lead against division rival Jackson Memorial and added to its lead in the second half to win their 10th game of the season. Senior Kiera McKown led Howell with 16 points and Kylee Beam added 14 points.
Neptune 56, Wall 47
Neptune closed out the game outscoring Wall 15-9 in the fourth quarter to win their 6th game and get back to .500 on the season. Senior Bre Evans scored a game-high 21 points and Christa Ramos added 19 points for Neptune. Marisa Amitie posted her 6th double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds for Wall.
No. 4 Manasquan 53, No. 2 St. Rose 45
Manasquan took round one against rival St. Rose in a back-and-forth defensive battle in Class A Central. The Warriors led at halftime, but the Roses took the lead going into the fourth quarter. Manasquan went 10-for-10 from the foul line in the fourth quarter to close out the game. Junior Jordyn Hollawell scored a team-high 14 points and finished 8-for-8 at the free-throw line. Senior Cassidy Kruesi scored a game-high 18 points and knocked down three 3-pointers for St. Rose.
Class A Coastal
No. 9 Rumson-Fair Haven 47, Middletown South 26
Sophomore Grace Smith scored 12 points and Erin Reid added 11 points to lead Rumson to their 6th win of the season. Rumson’s defense held Middletown South to 7 first half points.
No. 3 Red Bank Catholic 56, No. 1 St. John Vianney 48
No. 3 Red Bank Catholic got an important leg up in the Class B Coastal with a hard fought 56-48 win over No. 1 St John Vianney. SJV jumped out to an 8-2 lead, but RBC fought back and took the lead for good at 13-11. Kate Liggio had 8 first quarter points for the Caseys. Addy Nyemchek was held to two first half points, but exploded in the third quarter for 10 of her 15 total points. Stella Lockhart matched Nyemchek with 10 points in the 3rd, but was held scoreless the rest of the way. SJV was able to tie the score twice in the second half, but a flurry of late turnovers, and Tessa Carmen going 3-for-4 at the free-throw line with under 1:00 left sealed their doom. Taylor Sofilkanich led SJV with 17 points and 8 boards.
Class A North
No. 7 Ranney 62, Colts Neck 36
Ranney held Colts Neck to two points in the first quarter on their way to their 8th straight win. Three players scored double-digits with Ashley Kreiger scoring a game-high 17 points and Haley Poser added 16 points for Ranney. Freshman Julianna Jasina scored a team-high 10 points for Colts Neck.
Marlboro 44, Ocean Township 11
Freshman Mackenzie Klatsky scored a game-high 14 points and three players added six points to lead Marboro to their 5th win. The Mustangs outscored Ocean 19-0 in the first quarter. Freshman Emma Burke scored all 11 of Ocean’s points.
No. 8 Trinity Hall 66, Shore Regional 43
Junior Grace Feeney knocked down three 3-pointers and scored a game-high 25 points to lead Trinity Hall to their 12th win of the season. Junior Ava Coyle scored a team-high 15 points for Shore Regional.
Class A South
Toms River East 44, Manchester 27
Toms River East had a four point lead at halftime and broke the game open with a strong second half to remain undefeated in Class A South. Senior Grace Crowley scored a game-high 15 points and Adrianna Cruz added 11 points for the Raiders. Freshman Jesse Sarana scored a game-high 8 points for Manchester.
Toms River North 56, Donovan Catholic 40
TRN got off to a strong start, outscoring Donovan 15-4 in the first quarter, and extended on their lead in the third quarter to win their 6th game of the season. Junior Cara Sarluca scored a game-high 20 points and Angelina DeCesare added 12 points for the Mariners. Kaylen Wright scored a career-high 16 points for Donovan.
Southern 43, Central Regional 40
Up eight points going into the fourth quarter, Southern held off Central’s run to win the Class A South match-up. Senior Casey Collins hit four 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 24 points and had 6 steals for Southern. Freshman Gabriella Lum scored a career-high 16 points and grabbed 9 rebounds for Southern. Central had three players score double-digits with Ava Schmidhauser leading the way with 12 points and Brianna Nelson added 11 points.
Class B Central
Point Beach 55, Jackson Liberty 6
Point Boro 56, Brick Memorial 39
Point Boro controlled the game from the opening whistle to win their 11th game of the season. Senior Vanessa Haas scored a career-high 25 points and Emily Marinelli added 16 points to lead the Panthers. Maggie Leach scored a team-high 11 points for Brick Memorial.
Class B North
Freehold Township 70, Freehold Boro 39
The combination of strong defense and sharp shooting gave the Patriots a leg up in Class B North, winning their first game against rival Freehold Boro. Freehold Township hit 13 3-pointers in the game with Madison Sciarrino knocking down five of them. Sciarrino had a break-out game for the Patriots, scoring a season-high 17 points. Senior Sophie Tonino drained three 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 19 points for Freehold Township. The Patriots got off to a fast start, outscoring the Colonials 17-4 in the first quarter and led 35-9 at halftime. Senior Ashley Moore played a big part for Freehold Township with her ball movement and finding the open player. She finished with 10 points and 5 assists.
Sophomore Olivia Batchelor had her third straight game scoring 17 points for Freehold Boro and Christina Sikaras added 16 points.

Long Branch 52, Monmouth Regional 21
Class B Coastal
Matawan 38, Keyport 23
Matawan outscored Keyport 23-10 in the first half to win their 4th game of the season. Ten players scored for the Huskies with Jazlyn Frederick scoring a team-high 8 points and Zaira Carballo adding 7 points.
Middletown North 58, Raritan 21
Keansburg 56, Henry Hudson 26
Keansburg jumped out to a fast start against Henry Hudson to win their 11th game of the season. Junior Princess Graves scored a game-high 22 points and Gabriella Flanzbaum added 12 points for Keansburg.
Class B South
No. 10 Barnegat 50, Lacey 35
Brick Township 46, Toms River South 31
Leading by six points at halftime, Brick Township outscored TRS 13-4 in the third quarter to put help seal the game and win their 9th game of the season. Freshman Ariana Wissen scored a game-high 26 points for Brick Township. Freshman Daniella Gordon scored a team-high 9 points for TRS.
Non-Conference
Holmdel 51, Hightstown 39
Trailing by four points at halftime, Holmdel outscored Hightstown 15-5 in the third quarter to win the non-conference match-up. Senior Mackenzie Teevan posted a double-double with 25 points and 18 rebounds and Casey Zammit added 13 points for the Hornets.
