No. 4 St. Rose 77, Jackson Memorial 45
St. Rose held Jackson Memorial to just five points in the second quarter to go into halftime 51-22 on their way to their 18th win of the season. Junior Jada Lynch drained four 3-pointers to finish with a game-high 28 points and Cassidy Kruesi added 18 points for the Purple Roses. Sophomore Cali Brown knocked down four 3-pointers and finished with a team-high 18 points for Jackson Memorial.
Class A South
Toms River East 42, Southern 41
Leading 32-24 going into the fourth quarter, the Raiders were able to hold off Southern to win their 14th game in a row. Senior Grace Crowley scored a team-high 12 points and Ciley Francis added 10 points for TRE. Senior Casey Collins scored a game-high 19 for Southern.
Class B North
Freehold Township 82, Freehold Boro 57
Freehold Township clinched the Class B North title and swept crosstown rival to improve to 10-0 in the division. Four players scored double-digits for the Patriots with Gaby Parker scoring a game-high 23 points and having 7 steals. Madison Sciarrino scored 12 points and both Sophie Tonino and Chloe Glickman added 11 points for Freehold Township. Sayuri Penaranda posted her 14th double-double of the season with 23 points and 10 rebounds for the Colonials.
Non-Divisional
Matawan at Manalapan, 4 p.m.
No. 10 Point Boro 50, Central 42
Point Boro extended their win streak to 11 games after beating Central in a non-divisional game. Seniors Vanessa Haas and Emily Marinelli both scored 12 points for the Panthers and Katherine Henn and Sarah Dahl both added 10 points. Junior Emma Christensen scored a game-high 14 points for Central.
Non-Conference
Marlboro 62, Edison 56
Sophomore Elizabeth Stellato converted five 3-points to finish with a game-high 19 points and Mackenzie Klatsky drained six 3-pointers to add 18 points for Marlboro in their non-conference win over Edison.
