Class A Central

St. John Vianney 1, Marlboro 0

St. John Vianney (5-3) got a second half goal from Gabby Parker to remain undefeated in Class A Central. Parker, who was injured last season, scored off a pass from Lily Fitzpatrick. Sofia Donello made four saves to earn her third clean sheet of the season.

 

Class A South

Lacey 5, Brick Memorial 2

Tied 1-1 at halftime, Lacey (5-3) scored four second half goals to win their first division game of the season. Senior Ava Flanagan scored two goals for the Lions and Chacity Rotondella scored a goal and an assist. Ava Schmidt made six saves to earn the win in goal.

Freshman Avery Glieden scored her first career goal for Brick Memorial (1-6).

 

Class B North

Raritan 4,  No. 8 Middletown North 3

Raritan (4-4) scored three second half goals to break a 1-1 tie at halftime and hand Middletown North (6-3) their first division loss. Sophomore Carina Szorosy scored two goals and added an assist to lead the Rockets. Freshman Sienna Kelly added two goals and Morgan Rafferty had 3 assists for Raritan.

Freshman Charlie Brink scored a goal and had an assist for Middletown North.

 

Class B Central

Ranney 7, Long Branch 3

 

Class C South

Brick 5, Pinelands 0

Senior Erica Pokorny and sophomore Olivia Dolan both scored two goals as the Dragons (4-4-1, 3-0-1) cruised past the Wildcats (0-9, 0-3). Senior Reese Achille added a goal. Senior Emma Canfield and sophomore Ella Shedlebower each tallied an assist. Sophomore goalie Skye Buksar recorded four saves in the shutout.

 

Nonconference

New Egypt 3, Nottingham 0

New Egypt (4-3-1) scored two first half goals and added an insurance goal in the second half to win the non-conference game against Nottingham. Julia Schorr scored a goal and assisted on a second goal for the Warriors. Maya Czarnowski made 10 saves to earn the shutout.
