Freshman midfielder Cassidy Peluso scored a goal and sophomore goalie Chloe Kaczka saved 25 shots as the Purple Roses (3-16-1) put up a valiant effort against the Fighting Irish (14-7).

Sophomore Kennedy Wallace netted a hat trick and an assist as the Lancers (12-6-1) blanked the Griffins (3-14-1) to advance to the South Jersey Non-Public A quarterfinals. Senior Samantha Grueiro scored a goal and assisted on two others. Senior Ella Weiss and junior Maya Pflug each added a goal. Junior Gianna Cernigilia tallied an assist. The Lancers will travel to Red Bank Catholic in the next round.

The Bucs (10-7-1) scored three second half goals to come from behind and defeat the Spartans (6-14-1) in their final tune up game before the state tournament. Senior Kathleen Deverin scored two goals while freshman Andy Castell added the game-winning goal to break a 2-2 tie in the second half.
Junior Mia Fiorentino and sophomore Erin Decker each scored a goal in the loss. Juniors Avery Ohara and Erin Toppi each tallied an assist.
