Class A North

No. 1 Manalapan 4, No. 9 Wall 2

The Braves (5-0, 2-0) defeated the Crimson Knights (2-2, 0-2) behind a total team effort that included four goals with four different scorers. Seniors Daniella Butash, Guilianna Naletilic, and Olivia Ziobro as well as junior Devan Rosenzweig each scored a goal in the win. Naletilic as well as seniors Callie Butash, Lyla Ottenheimer, and Sonya Hoffman each tallied an assist.

Junior Kelsey Hallock registered a goal and an assist while sophomore Mya Murano scored a goal in the loss.

No. 2 Middletown South 4, Manasquan 1

Senior forward Bea Tinoco netted her eighth career hat trick as the Eagles (4-0, 2-0) defeated handed the Warriors (3-1, 0-1) their first loss of the season. Sophomore Riley Kapler also added a goal while senior Kaleigh Kapler and sophomores Helena Thompson and Elizabeth Eckelman each added an assist.

Sophomore forward Cassidy Eastmond scored the lone goal for Manasquan off a pass from fellow sophomore Brooke Mack.

No. 4 Red Bank Catholic 2, Freehold Township 1

Sophomore Bella Vaccaro and freshman Molly Denver each scored a goal and junior goalie Heidi Wierman saved 7 shots as the Caseys (4-1, 1-1) upended the Patriots (1-3-1). Sophomore midfielder Lexi Sinatra tallied an assist.

Freshman Morgan Notaro scored the lone goal for the Patriots off a pass from senior Reese Metcalfe in the loss.

Class A Central

No. 10 Trinity Hall 6, Ocean 0

Junior Kailyn Fitzgerald netted her first career hat trick and tallied an assist as the Monarchs (4-1) rolled over the Spartans (1-5). Sophomore Kaylee Davis scored 2 goals while sophomore Sofi Kozak scored 1 goal. Junior Grace Greene and freshman Bette Kane each tallied 2 assists. Senior Ryan Raynor added 1 assist.

Colts Neck 3, Monmouth 1

Junior Olivia Brown scored 2 goals to lead the Cougars (4-1, 1-1) passed the Falcons (3-2, 0-1). Sophomore Mia Natale also sank a goal. Sophomore Lilah Calhoun tallied 2 assists.

Freshman Isa Coimbra scored her first career goal in the loss off of a pass from junior Angelise Marmolejas.

Rumson-Fair Haven 4, Marlboro 3

Junior Jordyn Sullivan scored 2 goals to lead the Bulldogs (3-3, 2-0) past the Mustangs (2-2, 0-2) in a high scoring affair. Senior midfielder Maren Kennedy and junior forward Ella Lastorino also scored a goal each for Rumson. Seniors Chase Memmott and Victoria Santos as well as junior Summer O’Malley each registered an assist.

Three different Mustangs scored a goal in the loss including senior Samantha Arntz, sophomore Mackenzie Klatsky, and freshman Emily Coniglio.

Class A South

Jackson 6, Brick Memorial 0

Senior Alexa Berkley scored 2 goals and senior goalie Julianna Old registered 5 saves as the Jaguars (3-2, 1-1) blanked the Mustangs (0-4, 0-2). Senior midfielder Julie Ifantis and sophomore midfielder Madalena Grueiro each scored a goal and tallied an assist. Junior forwards Ella Cooke and Madison Fagliarone also each added a goal. Junior midfielder Makenna Perez tallied 2 assists while senior midfielder Zoe Gould and freshman forward Anjali Birudaraju each tallied 1 assist.

No. 6 Point Boro 2, Lacey 0

Senior forward Elise Viggiano sank 2 shots as the Panthers (3-0, 2-0) blanked the Lions (3-2, 0-2). Sophomore midfielder Maddie Renna and sophomore forward Megan Viggiano assisted on the goals. Junior goalie Stella Stevenson recorded 3 saves in the shutout.

No. 3 Central 1, No. 7 Toms River South 1

The Golden Eagles (3-0-1, 1-0-1) and the Indians (2-0-2, 1-0-1) battled through two overtime periods to a draw behind sensational performances from both of their sophomore goalies. Central Regional’s Addison Frulio saved 10 shots and Toms River South’s Reese Lindemann saved 15 shots in the game. Both teams found the net in the first half with Central Regional’s junior midfielder Leah DiCillo and Toms River South’s junior Ava Knight scoring the lone goal for their respective team.

Class B North

No. 8 Middletown North 2, Red Bank 1 (OT)

An overtime goal from freshman Peyton Kulka off a pass from fellow freshman Charlie Brink lifted the Lions (5-0) over the Bucs (2-2). Senior Loralai Davis scored the first goal off a pass from senior Ayva Reid.

Junior Ava Furlong scored the lone goal for the Bucs in the loss.

Shore 3, Freehold Boro 2

Raritan 7, St. Rose 1

Sophomore Carina Szorosy and freshman Sienna Kelly each netted hat tricks as the Rockets (2-2, 1-1) raced past the Purple Roses (1-5, 0-1). Szorosy finished with 2 assists in addition to her 3 goals in what was her second hat trick so far this season. Kelly registered 1 assist alongside her 3 goals. Sophomore Ava Facendo scored the final goal of the day in the win. Sophomore Adryanna Iannello tallied 2 assists.

Class B Central

Matawan 6, Keyport 0

Junior Paitynn Cali netted her first career hat trick along with registering an assist as the Huskies (4-1, 2-0) ran past the Red Raiders (0-2, 0-2). Sophomore Emilia Janiszewski sank 2 shots and tallied 2 assists. Junior Rylie Signorile scored a goal and tallied 2 assists. Junior Jessica Queenan also tallied an assist. Junior goalie Elyssa Jamandron recorded 2 saves in the shutout.

Neptune 3,  Long Branch 1

Neptune (2-2) scored two first half goals and added a third in the second half to improve to .500. Ellie Gomez scored two goals for Neptune and Charlotte Donaway added the third. Layla Bland scored Long Branch’s (1-3) lone goal.

Ranney 6, Asbury Park 0

 

Class B South

Barnegat 3, Point Beach 2

The Bengals (5-2) knocked off the Garnet Gulls (1-4) behind three goals from three different players and 11 saves from junior goalie Ella Tortorici. Junior Jayla Duff scored a goal and assisted on the other two. Seniors Kylei Grant and Laila Turchi each added a goal. Sophomore Emma Freitas tallied an assist.

Senior Baileigh Johnson scored both goals in the loss while junior Katie Kirchner tallied an assist.

Toms River East 4, Manchester 0

The Raiders (3-0, 2-0) topped the Hawks (2-3, 0-2) behind four different goal scorers. Senior Addison Gallagher, sophomore Ciley Francis, and freshmen Addison Cleaver and Nina Schupak each found the net in the victory. Sophomore goalie Emma Mastriano and freshman goalie Maddie Moore combined for 9 saves in the shutout.

Toms River North 1, Southern 0

Junior Lauren Kuhn scored the game-winning goal and junior goalie Lena Salvaggione recorded 7 saves as the Mariners (2-4, 1-1) blanked the Rams (0-4, 0-2).

Class C South

Brick 2, New Egypt 2

The Dragons (1-3-1, 1-0-1) and Warriors (2-1-1, 1-0-1) fought to a tie. New Egypt senior midfielder scored 2 goals off assists from seniors Emily Ferreira and Olivia Stillwell. Sophomore goalie Rachel Schorr saved a resounding 21 shots.

Brick seniors Reese Achille and Erica Pokorny each scored a goal off assists from senior Shay Hensle. Sophomore goalie Skye Buksar saved 9 shots.

Donovan Catholic 7, Pinelands 2

Junior Keira Hibbard and sophomore Isabella Cmur each scored 2 goals to lead the Griffins (1-2, 1-0) past the Wildcats (0-6, 0-2). Sophomore Cailin Mundry and freshmen Ella Forlenza and Sarah Vito each added a goal in the victory.

Nonconference

St. John Vianney 4, Bayonne 0

Sophomore Kennedy Wallace netted her first career hat trick as the Lancers (3-2) stormed past the Bees (2-2). Junior Maya Pflug also scored a goal while junior Colleen Sullivan and sophomore Lily Fitzpatrick each tallied an assist. Senior goalie Katie Buffalino recorded 5 saves in the shutout.
