The Braves (8-0) continued their unbeaten season as they topped the Panthers (4-6) behind a game-high three goals and two assists from senior Lyla Ottenheimer. Senior midfielder Daniella Butash finished with a goal and two assists. Juniors Vanessa Salinas and Kayla Sasso each scored a goal and tallied an assist. Senior Olivia Ziobro and juniors Brooke Lordi and Devan Rosenzweig each finished with a goal. Senior Guilianna Naletilic and junior Erica Williams each registered an assist.
Group 7
No. 2 Howell 7, Long Branch 0
The Rebels (8-1) blanked the Green Wave (2-7) behind goals from six different players. Junior Makenzie Memmolo had a game-high two goals while senior Isabella Violante, senior Ava Brandt, senior Kendall Bleakley, senior BellaRose Marino, and sophomore Peyton Parsons each added one goal in the senior night victory.
Group 8
Rumson-Fair Haven 5, Freehold Boro 3
Junior Jordyn Sullivan registered her third hat trick of the season to lead the Bulldogs (8-3) past the Colonials (6-5). In addition to the three goals, Sullivan also tallied an assist. Junior forward Ella Lastorino finished with a goal and an assist. Senior Chase Memmott scored a goal. Junior Ella Peoples tallied two assists while sophomore Emma Donato tallied one assist. Senior Chloe Swyer saved three shots in the win while senior goalie Ella Curran saved five shots.
Sophomore Alison Espinoza scored two goals in the loss while freshman Mandi Guo added one goal.
Nondivisional
Southern 3, Donovan Catholic 0
Southern (5-4) scored three goals in the second half by three different players to win the nondivisional game against Donovan Catholic (2-6). Senior Erynn McInerney scored her first goal of the season for Southern.
Middletown North 2, Marlboro 1 (OT)
The Lions (7-3) knocked off the Mustangs (4-4-1) after a golden goal from senior Ayva Reid off a pass from junior Sofia Chaknis. Senior Piper Brink scored the equalizer at the 65 minute mark off a pass from freshman Peyton Kulka.
Freshman Mia Ortizio scored the lone goal for Marlboro off a pass from sophomore Mackenzie Klatsky.
