Senior Joe Kessler sank 5 goals and distributed an assist as the Rams (13-5) cruised past the Red Devils (5-14) to advance to the sectional quarterfinals. Sophomore Kyle Sininsky netted a hat trick along with 2 assists. Sophomores Cash McVey and Shea O’Donnell both scored 2 goals and tallied 2 assists. Senior Liam Griffin and freshman Niko Iliescu scored a goal and tallied 2 assists. Senior Collin Markoski won 15 of 19 face-offs in addition to scoring a goal and tallying an assist. Senior Rob Potter and freshman Cole Celeste also scored a goal. Senior goalie AJ Mattern and sophomore goalie Nick Hughes both saved 2 shots in the win.

Southern will host No. 10 seed Cherry Hill East in the South Jersey Group 4 quarterfinals in a game tentatively scheduled for Monday.
