Nate Scisco, So., Barnegat
2024 Stats: 13 goals, 7 assists
Scisco continues to build an impressive résumé for somebody who is not even halfway through his high-school career. After a solid showing as a freshman, this season was a full-on breakout as a sophomore. He notched four multi-goal games – including one on opening day vs. Neptune and one in Barnegat’s last win of the season. Scisco recorded his first career hat trick in Barnegat’s 6-0 win over Collingswood in the first round of the NJSIAA South Jersey Group II Tournament.

Midfield
Madden Leszczynski, Jr., Central
2024 Stats: 2 goals, 2 assists
A defensive midfielder, Leszczynski’s value to Central mostly stemmed from his ability to win the ball in the middle of the field – both on the ground and in the air – and his aptitude as a distributor in pushing the Golden Eagles’ attack forward. While he scored only two goals, one of them was huge: after taking on three defenders, he buried a shot to give Central a 3-0 lead over Washington Township in a South Jersey Group IV quarterfinal that the Golden Eagles held on to win, 3-2.

Defense
Alec Roberman, So., Marlboro
2024 Stats: 3 goals
Marlboro finished second in the Shore Conference in goals allowed per game (0.89) and Roberman joins Third Team All-Shore senior Nick Bisconti as Mustangs to get a nod for participating in that effort. The sophomore also pitched in on the scoring effort, scoring two of his three goals in Marlboro’s two postseason games – a penalty-kick loss to St. John Vianney after a 2-2 draw in the Shore Conference Tournament and another shootout loss to East Brunswick after a 1-1 draw in the Central Jersey Group IV first round.
