Semifinals
No. 1 Colts Neck 2, No. 7 Ocean 1
Senior Kyle Moore scored the game-winning goal in the 75th minute and the Cougars (16-0-1) rallied from a one-goal halftime deficit to beat the Spartans (12-4-1) and reach the SCT final for the first time since losing to Ocean in the 2001 championship game.
Trailing 1-0 early in the second half, Colts Neck took fewer than two minutes to score the equalizer. Senior center back Ryan Spencer blasted a pass from midfield into the box and it hopped over a defender and to the left corner of the six-yard box. Sophomore Sean Moore headed it high into the net for his 25th goal of the season and a 1-1 tie on the scoreboard.
In the 75th, senior Sam Gershon took a pass from junior C.J. Collins and turned toward the near post. Gershon then slipped a pass to Kyle Moore on a diagonal run to the right post and hit him in stride. Kyle Moore took a touch and blasted a finish inside the near post for the go-ahead score.

Ocean grabbed a 1-0 lead in the 15th minute on an own goal following a corner kick. Senior Jacob Gomez served the kick into the box from the right corner and senior Ryan Fernandez was the last Ocean player to get a touch on the ball prior to a Colts Neck defender directing it into the net.
The Spartans controlled the first half by crowding the Moore brothers, pressuring the backs and earning five corner kicks to none by Colts Neck before halftime.
Colts Neck will face three-time defending champion CBA Saturday in the Shore Conference Tournament championship game, with the Cougars aiming for their first ever SCT championship.
No. 3 CBA 2, Lacey 0
Senior Caden Darby buried a penalty kick eight minutes into the first half and junior Devon Cale added an insurance goal eight-plus minutes into the second as the Colts (15-4) overcame a valiant effort by Lacey goalkeeper Dylan Graham to top the Lions (12-5-1) and reach the SCT championship game for the fourth straight season and 16th time in program history.
A trip inside the 18-yard box set up Darby for his penalty-kick conversion, which he slotted into the upper-right corner of the goal, well out of the reach of Graham.
From there, Lacey’s sophomore goalkeeper stonewalled CBA until the 49th minute, when Cale pounced on a loose ball in front of the net with Graham on the ground following a diving save. Senior Nick Tesauro won the ball near midfield, sent it across the field to junior James Brady, who unleashed the initial shot from 20 yards out that Graham saved. The ball settled in front of the goal and Cale charged in for a powerful finish.
