Lakewood 38, Asbury Park 10

Monmouth 39, Henry Hudson 20

Amaya Harris scored 12 points and grabbed 11 boards to lead Monmouth to a 39-20 win over Henry Hudson.  Harris’ return from injury has sparked Monmouth as they head into the Coaches Cup winning three games in a row and host New Egypt on Wednesday.  Hudson’s leading scorer, Leah Curry, was held to 2 points.  Hudson will face Donovan Catholic in the Coaches Cup on Wednesday in Toms River.

Matawan 43, Freehold Boro 42

Zaria Carballo scored 13 points and AJ Koromah added 10, as Matawan (9-15) scored a big upset beating Freehold Boro (16-4) 43-42.  Matawan gave themselves a big confidence boost as they head into the Coaches Cup to face Brick Memorial on Wednesday.  Freehold Boro was led by Christina Solaris who poured in 26.  Boro heads into the Shore Conference Tournament Tuesday to face Colts Neck.

Brick Township 56, Raritan 36

The Dragons built a 17-10 lead after the first quarter and continued to build on it to win their 15th game of the season. Freshman Ariana Wissen scored a team-high 14 points and CiCi Weatherspool added 11 for Brick Township. Junior Brooke Shea scored a game-high 16 points for Raritan.

Marlboro 61, Lacey 26

Marlboro opened up a 41-7 halftime lead on Lacey in route to a dominating victory. Senior Emily Borgen scored a game-high 12 points while Freshman Mackenzie Klatsky and Sophomore Elizabeth Stellato each scored 11 points apiece in the win for the Mustangs. Senior Reece Paget scored a team-high 8 points in the loss for the Lions.

Donovan Catholic 37, Point Beach 36

Anais Freedman scored a game high 15 points to lead Donovan Catholic to a 37-36 win over Point Beach. Donovan was down by 6 heading to the 4th quarter and outscored Beach 17-10 to close out the game. Kaitlyn Hard led Beach with 12 points.  Donovan will host Henry Hudson Wednesday in the Coaches Cup, while Point Beach has a first round bye and will host Matawan on Friday

No. 2 Red Bank Catholic 57, Rutgers Prep 37

Steinert 43, New Egypt 26

New Egypt fell into a 9-0 hole at the end of the 1st quarter and was never able to regain their footing against Steinert. Senior Jaclyn Corby led a balanced scoring effort with a team-high 12 points for the Spartans. Junior Olivia Stillwell scored a game-high 16 points while Junior Madison Adam added the remaining 10 points for the Warriors in the loss.
