SSI Shore Conference Football Picks – Week 0
High school football season has returned, and that means it’s time for our weekly Shore Conference football picks where we’ll try not to embarrass ourselves too much.
Shore Sports Insider football writers Bob Badders and Scott Stump will be joined by our longtime colleague, “The Coach,” Ed Sarluca Sr., each week when we make our selections for every game involving Shore Conference teams. When Week 0 first became a thing just a handful of teams chose to begin their seasons in August. Now, Week 0 is a robust slate of 25 area games featuring 32 of the Shore’s 43 teams in action. From a prognosticating point of view, it’s a nightmare with so many out-of-conference games against opponents all over New Jersey. This could get ugly.
Thank you in advance for following along all season. Try not to hammer us too much if we completely brick some of these. It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish!
