Week 5 Player of the Week Fan Voting Winner

Noah Riley, Lacey

Riley got the scoring started with two quick goals and later added an assist to lead a 7-4 Lacey win over Pinelands. The junior defender entered the match with one goal on the season and tripled his total with the two early strikes against the Wildcats. Riley later added his fourth goal of the season in a win over Barnegat that helped Lacey clinch first place in the Shore Conference Tournament Group F and contributed to the 7-game winning streak that the Lions will take into Wednesday’s SCT round-one game vs. Ranney.

Riley won a narrow race over Manalapan junior Dan Altman, winning the award by a 35-33 percent margin.
