Ocean 57, Neptune 32
Freshman Omar Ayyash scored a game-high 24 points and the Spartans (4-1, 1-0)) bounced back from their first loss of the season Monday vs. Wall by taking down the Scarlet Fliers (1-2, 1-0) at home. Senior Aidan Saint Louis added 13 points for Ocean.
Senior Jordan Pierre led Neptune with 17 points and 11 rebounds.
Non-Division
No. 6 Freehold Twp. 63, No. 7 Holmdel 50
Junior John O’Neill scored 20 points while grabbing eight rebounds and picking off five steals and the Patriots (2-1) pulled away from the Hornets (1-1) thanks to a big second half.
Junior Dakota Lasater scored 11 of his 13 points in the second half while adding nine steals as part of Freehold Township’s disruptive defensive performance. Junior Sam Hawskby added 10 points and junior Cole Gerigk chipped in eight points and seven rebounds in the victory.
Senior Jack Vallillo scored 17 of his game-high 24 points in the first half, during which Holmdel outscored Freehold Township, 27-26. Senior Connor Paul added 13 points and Connor Bresnick chipped in nine for the Hornets.
Both teams were down starters Tuesday, with junior Jake Schultzel out for Freehold Township, as well as senior Will Valera. Senior Jack Cannon, junior Elliot Bronowich and sophomore Anthony Cerini were all out for Holmdel.

Princeton 58, Point Boro 57 (OT)
Junior Hunter Hynes knocked down three game-tying free throws with no time on the clock in regulation, but Zion Madden’s go-ahead three-pointer with three seconds left in overtime proved the difference in a back-and-forth, overtime win for the Little Tigers (1-3) over the Panthers (1-2).
Hynes finished with 21 points, three steals and two blocked shots, while senior Jovin Steinmetz chipped in 14 points, five rebounds, three assists and four steals for Point Boro. Senior Dean Cardia added eight points, three assists and two steals, while senior Griffin Dennis posted six points, 10 rebounds, three assists and two blocked shots in the loss.
Barnegat 62, Oakcrest 59
Freshman Chancellor Joseph led four Barnegat players in double-figure scoring with a career-high 21 points and the Bengals (3-1) held on to beat the Falcons (1-3) after storming out to a 19-8 lead through one quarter.
Junior Anthony Dringus netted 12 points and both senior Jack Haviland and freshman Myles Joseph added 10 points apiece for Barnegat.
Shore 58, Central Jersey College Prep Charter 54
Seniors Ryan and Andrew Barham combined for 40 points and the Blue Devils (1-2) held off Central Jersey College Prep (2-4). Ryan Barham scored a game-high 21 points and Andrew Barham finished with 19.
No. 1 CBA 75, St. Mary’s Rutherford 55
Sophomore Izayah Cooper scored 16 points as one of five CBA players in double-figure scoring and the Colts (4-0) pulled away to top the Gaels (3-1) for their fourth straight win to open the season.
Senior Connor Andree and juniors David Buley and Avery Lynch all scored 12 points apiece and sophomore Oymere Rene poured in 10 for CBA, which has won by at least 17 points in each of its first four games.
