Freehold Township never trailed in overtime and took the lead when sophomore Jake Schultzel hit a pair of free throws with under three minutes to go. The Patriots then buried Sayreville in a two-possession hole with 1:17 to play, when sophomore John O’Neill found senior Jordan Dulnuan on a backdoor cut, with the senior guard finishing the layup for a 53-49 lead.
