Seniors Aidan Donnelly and Jefferson Rubi Cruz each scored during the first half to ignite a win for the Rams (7-3-1, 2-2-1) over the Panthers (3-5-1, 0-4-1).
Class B North
Neptune 3, No. 8 St. John Vianney 2
Senior Julian Lemus scored two of Neptune’s three second-half goals to lead a comeback by the Scarlet Fliers (6-4-1, 2-2-1) that stunned the division-title-hopeful Lancers (7-2, 4-1).
Giovanni Bedward assisted one of the goals by Lemus and also scored one during the comeback.
Senior Luke Noble scored the game’s first goal in the first half and junior Mason Boles converted a penalty kick early in the second half to put St. John Vianney ahead, 2-0.
Class B Central

No. 10 Toms River South 6, New Egypt 1
Senior Anthony Johnson scored a goal in each half and senior Caden Langan scored one and assisted two goals in the second half as the Indians (8-1-2, 5-0-0) pulled away to beat the Warriors (1-10, 0-5) and clinch the outright Class A South championship.
Langan assisted Johnson’s goal in the second half that made it 3-0, set up a goal by senior Noah Beaton to make it 4-0, then scored Toms River South’s fifth goal off a feed from Beaton.
Junior Nigel Graham scored off a pass from senior Jake Hall to give Toms River South a 2-0 lead in the first half and junior Owen Beneciuk capped the scoring off a pass from senior Isaac Mercado. Johnson’s opening goal game off an assist from junior Karsin Migliori.
Jesus Madrigal scored the New Egypt goal.

Class C South
Brick Memorial 2, Point Beach 1
Junior Alex Santos scored 13 seconds into the match and senior Mason Muolo finished a penalty kick in the second minute of the second half as the Mustangs (8-2-2, 4-1-0) used fast starts in each half to hand the Garnet Gulls (8-1, 4-1) their first loss and capture a share of their first division title since 2002.
Santos attacked the right post off the kickoff and ripped a near-post finish to stake Brick Memorial to an early lead. A handball in the box just over a minute into the second half set up Muolo for a penalty finish to the lower left of the goal and a 2-0 Mustangs lead.
Point Beach made its push in the final 15 minutes and broke through with a goal in the 68th. Sophomore Brody Powers headed a cross from junior Dylan Ryan just under the crossbar to trim the deficit to one goal.
Despite the loss, Point Beach ends the Class C South schedule as a division co-champion along with Brick Memorial, which marks the Garnet Gulls’ first share of an outright division title since 2018. Point Beach also won the public division title in Class B Central in 2021.
Donovan Catholic 2, Barnegat 0
Junior Max Durazzo converted a penalty kick to get Donovan Catholic on the board in the 35th minute and sophomore Sal Reynoso tacked on an insurance goal in the 53rd as the Griffins (1-8, 1-4) knocked off the Bengals (5-5, 2-3) for their first win of the season.
Non-Division
Lacey 7, Pinelands 4
Junior Noah Riley scored twice in the first six minutes and also added an assist to lead the Lions (7-4) to a high-scoring win over the Wildcats (2-10). Tanner Grozinski, Dan Cardenas, Anthony Introna, Kenshin McHugh and Paul Guerriro each added a goal for Lacey, with Grozinski and Guerriro each adding an assist as well.
Atticus Evison-Behrman, Lance Heuston, Peyton Auemuller and Dan DeMillio scored the Pinelands goals.
