Senior CF Stephanie Barone went a perfect 4 for 4 at the plate including an inside the park home run on a line drive to center field along with a triple, 4 RBIs, and 3 runs as the Mariners (3-16) defeated the Hawks (5-13). Senior C Makiyah Ross was 2 for 4 with 2 RBIs and 2 runs. Junior LF Camryn Lynch finished 2 for 3 with a walk, 2 RBIs, and 2 hits. Senior 1B Rylee Spencer hit a 2 RBI triple. Junior 2B Mckayla Buchy was 1 for 2 with 2 walks and runs. Freshman pitcher Alexa Iovine struck out 4 batters and allowed 7 hits, 2 walks, and 2 earned runs in a complete game win.
