Senior forward Angela Forese led a balanced scoring effort with 14 points as the Panthers (6-4, 1-1) pulled away from the Hawks (3-5, 1-1) in the fourth quarter. The Panthers led 42-38 heading into the final quarter before outscoring the Hawks 19-3 the rest of the way. Freshman forward Julia Collins added 13 points. Senior guard Olivia Catanese and sophomore guard Georgia D’Angelo each chipped in 10 points.
Sophomore guard Jesse Sarana erupted for a career-high 35 points in the loss.
Class B Central
Manalapan 35, Long Branch 31
Senior Brianna Libretti scored a game-high 12 points to lead the Braves (5-3, 2-0) past the Green Wave (2-6, 0-2). Freshman forward Stella Marcus chipped in six points.
Freshman Caylin Jones-Morais matched the game-high 12 points in the loss. Junior Nevaeh Wheeler added 10 points and five rebounds.
Class B South
Toms River North 41, Lacey 37
Senior guard Cara Sarluca poured in 17 points to lead the Mariners (4-5-, 1-1) past the Lions (6-5, 0-2). Sophomore forward Adrianna Lamicella added nine points and 10 rebounds. Freshman guard Montanna Knoeller scored nine points and came away with a team-high three steals. Senior center Alessia Lobello pulled down a team-high 11 rebounds.
Toms River South 41, Brick 31
Junior Linsey Cribbin poured in a game-high 20 points to go along with six rebounds and four steals as the Indians (6-2, 2-0) rallied to defeat the Dragons (4-5, 1-1). Sophomore Kylee Ford added 13 points. Sophomore Daniella Gordon chipped in seven points and pulled down seven rebounds.
Sophomore center Julia Stephan scored a team-high eight points in the loss. Sophomore guard Kendall Fredricksen added seven points.
Southern 60, Point Beach 16
Freshman Mia Pratola knocked down five three-pointers on her way to a game-high 19 points as the Rams (7-2, 2-0) rolled over the Garnet Gulls (1-9, 0-2). Freshman Mikayla Blahut added 16 points. Sophomore Mackenzie Sininsky finished with 11 points.

Donovan Catholic 50, Lakewood 8
Central 44, New Egypt 11
Senior forward Emma Christensen scored a game-high 12 points as the Golden Eagles (7-1, 2-0) routed the Warriors (4-6, 1-1). Senior guard Brianna Nelson added 11 points. Senior forward Jaelynn Witte and sophomore guard Olivia Delmonico each chipped in six points.
Senior forward Madison Adam scored a team-high eight points in the loss.
Brick Memorial 37, Pinelands 19
Freshman guard Mikaela Rivers knocked down three treys and finished with a game-high 17 points as the Mustangs (3-7, 1-1) surged past the Wildcats (1-8, 0-2). Junior forward Maren Schnieder chipped in five points.

Sophomore forward Emma Burke scored a game-high 17 points as the Spartans (7-3) topped the Blue Bishops (0-5). Senior center Ava Chebookjian added eight points. Junior center Christelle Ocean and sophomore guard Erin Decker each chipped in six points.

Senior Emily Seltzer scored a team-high 17 points as the Pirates (5-2) defeated the Bengals (4-5). Freshman Josh’Shayah Spellman added 15 points. Senior Sabrine Ghazaz chipped in 10 points.
Junior Jayla Duff scored a career-high 22 points in the loss. Sophomore Elayna Ordonez chipped in nine points.
