Junior quarterback Grace Ascolese threw for 148 yards and three touchdowns in addition to rushing for 89 yards and a touchdown on eight carries as the Blue Devils (1-0, 1-0) pulled away from the Colonials (0-1, 0-1). Junior wideout Dixie Smith hauled in five receptions for 79 yards and three touchdowns. Junior Addison Vincelli rushed for a 34 yard touchdown. Senior Mackenzie Lockwood recorded four sacks on defense.

Freshman twin sisters Mackenzie and Madison Sims each returned an interception for a touchdown in the loss. Junior Skylynn Chapman added a one-point conversion rush.
