1. Rumson-Fair Haven (12–6) Last Week: 1

The Bulldogs enter the most pivotal week of the season riding a seven-game winning streak, having won 11 of their last 12 contests. Their only loss during that stretch came against Summit, which is currently ranked No. 3 in the state in the latest NJ Advance Media poll.
Rumson-Fair Haven dominated Middletown South in the quarterfinal round and appears to be peaking at the right time. Significantly healthier than they were earlier in the season, the Bulldogs have continued to improve with each game. Despite a one-goal loss to CBA earlier this year, Rumson-Fair Haven has emerged as the favorite to capture another Shore Conference Tournament title.
Upcoming: No. 3 Southern (SCT Semifinals)
2. CBA (13–5) Last Week: 2

CBA enters the most critical week of the season riding a five-game winning streak. The Colts continued their strong play with an 11-4 victory over Wall.
The Colts will have an opportunity to reclaim the top spot in the rankings if they can win their next two games. To do so, they will first need to avenge an earlier-season loss to Holmdel.
Upcoming: No. 4 Holmdel (SCT Semifinals)
3. Southern (14-4) Last Week: 3

The Rams split a pair of games this past week, suffering a one-goal loss to Moorestown before rebounding with a dominant victory over Toms River East.
Like the two teams ranked ahead of them, the Rams have an opportunity to claim the top spot in the rankings if they can avenge their earlier one-goal loss to Rumson-Fair Haven on the road and follow it up with a Shore Conference Tournament championship.
Upcoming: at No. 1 Rumson-Fair Haven (SCT Semifinals)
4. Holmdel (14–4) Last Week: 4

After suffering a one-goal loss to St. Joseph’s (Met.), the Hornets responded with a victory over a Manasquan team that has shown significant improvement in recent weeks.
Like the three teams currently ranked ahead of them, Holmdel has an opportunity to claim the top spot if it can defeat CBA for a second time this season and then prevail against the winner of the opposite semifinal matchup.
Upcoming: at No. 2 CBA (SCT Semifinals)
5. Manasquan (9-6) Last Week: 6

The Warriors saw their five-game winning streak come to an end with a loss to Holmdel, though they had previously earned victories over Mainland and Red Bank Catholic earlier in the week.
Manasquan will now shift its focus to the South Jersey Group 2 sectional tournament, which features contenders such as Wall, Ocean City, and Robbinsville. Holmdel competes in North Jersey Group 2, meaning that if both teams capture their respective sectional titles, the Warriors could have an opportunity for a rematch.
Upcoming: TBA State Tournament
6. Shore (9-7) Last Week: 7

7. Red Bank (9-8) Last Week: 6

The Bucs earned a victory over St. Peter’s Prep earlier in the week before suffering a setback against Middletown South in the Shore Conference Tournament. Despite the loss, Red Bank remains a beneficiary of the tightly contested results among the teams ranked from No. 6 through the bubble. The Bucs are tied for the second-best record in head-to-head matchups within that group at 3-2 and hold the tiebreaking advantage thanks to a head-to-head victory over Wall, the only other team with a 3-2 mark in those games.
Red Bank will host Robbinsville before turning its attention to the North Jersey Group 3 playoffs.
Upcoming: Robbinsville
8. Wall (7-11) Last Week: 8

The Crimson Knights split a pair of games this past week, edging Manalapan by one goal before falling to CBA, 11-4. Wall remains in a strong position in the rankings with a 3-2 record in games against teams ranked No. 6 through the bubble, a mark that is better than the three teams directly behind them.
Wall will host Red Bank Catholic before turning its focus to the South Jersey Group 2 playoffs, where a potential rematch with rival Manasquan could await.
Upcoming: Red Bank Catholic
9. Manalapan (10-5) Last Week: No. 9

The Braves suffered a heartbreaking one-goal loss to Wall in the Shore Conference Tournament after defeating Barnegat in the previous round. Manalapan holds a 1-2 record in games against teams ranked No. 6 through the bubble, with losses to Red Bank and Wall, but a key victory over Middletown South. That head-to-head win over the Eagles allows the Braves to maintain their position ahead of them in the rankings.
Manalapan will travel to A.L. Johnson before hosting Hillsborough later this week, then shift its focus to the South Jersey Group 4 playoffs.
Upcoming: at A.L. Johnson, Hillsborough
10. Middletown South (10-7) Last Week: 10

The Eagles defeated Howell, earned a significant victory over Red Bank in the Shore Conference Tournament, and then fell to Rumson-Fair Haven in the semifinal round. However, the tangled web of results among the teams ranked No. 6 through the bubble prevents Middletown South from climbing higher in the rankings. The Eagles hold a 1-2 record in those matchups, highlighted by the win over Red Bank but offset by losses to Manalapan and Wall.
Middletown South could potentially add another opponent before postseason play, but as of now, the Eagles are slated to resume action in the North Jersey Group 3 state tournament.
Upcoming: TBA State Tournament
Bubble
Toms River East (7-9)
The Raiders were strongly considered for a spot in the rankings after earning a significant victory over Shore in the Shore Conference Tournament, but their 1-3 record in games against teams ranked from No. 6 through the bubble was the weakest among the group. Toms River East owns a head-to-head win over Shore, but losses to Red Bank, Shore, and Wall ultimately kept the Raiders on the outside looking in.
