2026 Shore Sports Insider All-Shore Girls Flag Football Second Team
SECOND TEAM ALL-SHORE
OFFENSE
QB – Heidi Cyphert, Sr., Pinelands
Cyphert threw for 1,546 yards and 23 touchdowns with only five interceptions for the Wildcats, while also running for 196 yards and two touchdowns. She also had three interceptions on defense. Cyphert finished her career with 2,784 yards passing and 43 touchdown passes.
QB – Izzy Capra, Sr. Rumson-Fair Haven
Capra was an offensive leader at quarterback for the Bulldogs who led them to a 17-4-1 record over her two seasons, including eight wins and a berth in the Shore Conference Tournament quarterfinals this season. She was selected to play in the statewide North-South All-Star Game on June 20.
RB – Nariyah Mathis, So., Keansburg
Mathis displayed explosive speed in leading the Titans with 560 yards rushing along with 300 yards receiving and a team-high 54 points. She also had 42 tackles and six sacks on defense.
RB – Olivia Brown, Jr., Colts Neck
Brown formed a potent rushing combo with freshman Daryn Heal, finishing with 793 yards rushing and 10 touchdowns, plus 32 catches for 263 yards and a touchdown. She also had 28 tackles and four interceptions on defense.
WR – Dixie Smith, Jr., Shore
Smith formed a potent combination with quarterback Grace Ascolese, finishing with 32 catches for 502 yards and 9 touchdowns, while also registering 36 tackles on defense for the Shore Conference Tournament qualifiers.
WR – Kyra Greenberg, Jr., Manalapan
The Braves junior had 50 catches for 527 yards, 7 touchdowns and 9 extra points to help Manalapan to a winning season in its first year as a program. She also had 5 interceptions on defense.
WR – Chloe Glickman, Sr., Freehold Township
Glickman had 37 catches for 315 yards and 4 touchdowns while also running for 205 yards and 3 touchdowns and returning a punt for a touchdown. Defensively, she had 23 tackles and an interception for the Patriots in their first season in program history.
WR – Rachel Yasnowski, Sr., Holmdel
The top two-way player for a Hornets team that won a share of the North Division title and reached the Shore Conference Tournament quarterfinals, Yasnowski had 17 catches for 306 yards and 5 touchdowns and finished with 20 tackles and two interceptions on defense.
UT – Lila O’Neal, Jr., Red Bank Catholic
The Caseys’ junior quarterback threw for 1,410 yards and 21 touchdowns while also running for four touchdowns to help lead them to a seven-win season and a berth in the Shore Conference Tournament quarterfinals.
UT – Payton Smith, Sr., Howell
Smith was a dual threat at quarterback, finishing with 924 yards passing and 9 touchdowns and 609 yards and 7 touchdowns rushing to help the Rebels finish 5-5 in their first season as a program.
UT – Grace Ascolese, Jr., Shore
The three-year starter at quarterback for the Blue Devils threw for 1,376 yards and 17 touchdowns while also running for 415 yards and six scores. She also had a pair of interceptions on defense.
UT – Gabriella Castellanos, So., St. John Vianney
Castellos threw for 946 yards and 7 touchdowns and ran for 375 yards and 7 touchdowns at quarterback to help the Lancers to a winning season at 5-4.
DEFENSE
R – Ellie Shatkus, So., Manasquan
Shatkus helped fuel a winning season for the Warriors with 60 tackles and 20 sacks to rank among the Shore leaders in both categories.
R – Natalya Novitsky, So., Barnegat
Novitsky led the Bengals with 7 sacks to go with 37 tackles for a team that finished undefeated and No. 1 in the Shore in its first season as a program.
LB – Sofya Timura, Jr., Freehold
Timura finished third in the Shore Conference with 77 tackles while also breaking up four passes and finishing with four tackles for a loss in the Colonials’ first season as a program.
LB – Victoria Beninato, Jr., Colts Neck
Beninato was a defensive standout for the Cougars who had 61 tackles, nine sacks, 13 tackles for a loss, three interceptions and two pick-sixes, while also chipping in with a pair of touchdowns on offense in Colts Neck’s first season as a program.
LB – Bailey Baxter, Jr., Red Bank Catholic
The Caseys’ linebacker finished with a team-high 64 tackles, 7 sacks and two interceptions, while also scoring twice on offense.
DB – Phoebe Zimmerman, So., Middletown South
Zimmerman led the Shore Conference with 88 tackles to go with 11 sacks, 6 interceptions and two pick-sixes for an Eagles team that won a share of the North Division title and reached the Shore Conference Tournament final.
DB – Princess Graves, Sr., Keansburg
Graves, who was an All-Shore selection as a junior as well, registered a team-high 525 yards receiving and scored 48 points, while also making six interceptions on defense and returning a punt for a touchdown. She was selected to play in the statewide North-South All-Star Game on June 20.
UT – Helana Thompson, So., Middletown South
The Eagles sophomore had 77 tackles and 8 sacks along with three interceptions for the Shore’s No. 2 team. She also had 32 catches for 305 yards and 4 touchdowns at receiver.
UT – Madison Adam, Sr., New Egypt
Adam is a two-time All-Shore selection who was a leader at quarterback and linebacker for a Warriors team that won six games and qualified for the Shore Conference Tournament. She was selected to play in the statewide North-South All-Star Game on June 20.
UT – Lia Gordon, Jr., Holmdel
The Hornets’ junior helped them win a share of the North Division title and reach the Shore Conference Tournament quarterfinals with 116 yards rushing, 216 yards receiving and 4 touchdowns, along with 33 tackles and an interception on defense.
UT – Olivia Stillwell, Sr., New Egypt
The senior wide receiver/safety helped the Warriors to a six-win season by making an impact on both sides of the ball. She was selected to play in the statewide North-South All-Star Game on June 20.
DB – Anna Olson, Sr., Rumson-Fair Haven
Olson was the leader in pass break-ups in the secondary for a Bulldogs team that won eight games and reached the Shore Conference Tournament quarterfinals.
