The Week 6 SSI Football Podcast is live tonight at Meadow 28 beginning at 5:30 p.m., featuring Point Beach head coach Joe Zaccone and senior running back/linebacker Danny Neal, followed by Monmouth Regional head coach Dan Wendel and junior quarterback Ryan Corwin at 6:00 p.m.

Shore Sports Insider’s Dan Yeserski and Dave Smith will host the podcast live from Meadow 28. In addition to tonight’s guest interviews, they’ll look back at an exciting Week 5, break down the latest Top 12 rankings with Scott Stump, take their first look at this year’s playoff picture and preview another important weekend of Shore Conference football.

Point Beach enters Week 6 after a bye week as they prepare for a pivotal Class C South showdown with Keansburg. The winner will clinch at least a share of the division title while putting itself in the driver’s seat to capture the division championship outright with a victory in its final divisional game.

Monmouth enters Week 6 with a perfect 6-0 record following a 5-0 victory over Brick. The Falcons now turn their attention to a highly anticipated showdown with fellow unbeaten Barnegat. The winner of the battle of 6-0 teams will clinch at least a share of the Class D North title while putting itself in position to claim the division championship outright with a victory in its final divisional game.

Yeserski and Smith will discuss each team’s season, standout players and upcoming matchups with all four guests while also breaking down the latest from around Shore Conference football.

Family, teammates, and fans from Point Beach and Monmouth are encouraged to join us at Meadow 28 in Farmingdale for a great night of Shore Conference football talk!
