Shore Conference Tournament Quarterfinals

At Holmdel High School

(2) St. John Vianney 64, (7) Trinity Hall 35

Senior guard Madison Kocis poured in a game-high 23 points and tallied five steals, four rebounds, and four assists as the Lancers (22-2) rolled over the Monarchs (17-7). Senior center Taylor Sofilkanich added 11 points and four rebounds. Junior guard Tatum Sharpe finished with nine points. Sophomore guard Antonia Jackson added eight points. Sophomore guard Gianna Sano chipped in seven points.

St. John Vianney will play Manasquan in the semifinals on Tuesday night at Brookdale. The Lancers won both matchups in the regular season.

(3) Manasquan 59, (6) Howell 24

Sophomore guard Calista Vowteras went off for a career-high 22 points as the Warriors (19-4) shut down the Rebels (18-5). Senior guard Jordyn Hollawell had a strong all-around game with 18 points, seven assists, and six rebounds.

Manasquan will play St. John Vianney in the semifinals on Tuesday night at Brookdale. The Lancers won both matchups in the regular season.

(1) Red Bank Catholic 64, (8) St. Rose 29

Senior forward Addy Nyemchek recorded a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds as the Caseys (24-2) overwhelmed the Purple Roses (7-15). Senior forward Sophie Smith added 13 points.

Sophomore guard Kelsey Nitche scored a team-high 10 points in the loss.

Red Bank Catholic will play Rumson-Fair Haven in the semifinals on Tuesday night at Brookdale. The Caseys won both matchups in the regular season.

(4) Rumson-Fair Haven 48, (5) Colts Neck 44

Junior guard Chloe Kelly scored a game-high 16 points to lead the Bulldogs (16-8) past the Cougars (18-5).

Sophomore Allison McAndrew matched Kelly’s game high with 16 points in the loss.

Rumson-Fair Haven will play Red Bank Catholic in the semifinals on Tuesday night at Brookdale. The Caseys won both matchups in the regular season.

Non-Division

Red Bank 56, Marlboro 39

Senior guard Riley Wheeler buried five three-pointers and finished with a team-high 16 points to lead the Bucs (10-12) past the Mustangs (14-9). Senior guard Synai Blychanton finished with nine points, seven rebounds, and three assists. Senior guard Kristen Connors chipped in six points.

Sophomore guard Mackenzie Klatsky drained a career-high eight three-pointers and finished with a game-high 28 points in the loss.

Ocean 57, Toms River North 46

Senior guard Yassmeen Youssef scored a season-high 17 points to lead the Spartans (8-16) past the Mariners (9-13). Sophomore forward Emma Burke finished with 15 points. Senior center Ava Chebookjian and sophomore guard Erin Decker each added eight points.

Senior center Alessia Lobello and freshman guard Montanna Knoeller each scored a team-high 13 points in the loss. Senior guard Cara Sarluca added 12 points.

Toms River South 64, Point Boro 43

Junior guard Linsey Cribbin poured in a game-high 22 points to go along with five rebounds and five assists as the Indians (16-7) topped the Panthers (11-12). Sophomore Haley Johnson added 13 points, five rebounds, and three steals. Sophomore Daniella Gordon finished with 11 points, five rebounds, and three steals.

Freshman forward Julia Collins scored a team-high 16 points in the loss.

Non-Conference

Metuchen 54, Matawan 37

Senior forward Victoria Zaniecki went off for a career-high 31 points to lead the Bulldogs (12-11) past the Huskies (11-11).

Senior Julia Butler and freshman Lily Wilson each scored a team-high eight points in the loss. Junior Malia Koromah added six points.

Old Bridge 58, Manalapan 52

Junior Marilyn Togun recorded a double-double with 16 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Knights (10-13) past the Braves (13-9).

Junior forward Brianna Libretti knocked down four three-pointers and matched Togun’s scoring output with 16 points. Junior forward Katelyn Rusinak added 14 points. Sophomore guard Olivia Buchman converted on three treys and finished with nine points.
