Toms River North 14, Middletown North 1

The Mariners (3-12) earned their third victory in a row as they jumped out to a 7-0 lead at the end of the 1st quarter and never looked back against the Lions (2-16). Sophomore Lauren Kuhn sank 4 shots and distributed 4 assists. Junior Olivia Sperato recorded her second consecutive hat trick. Seniors Sofia Backle and Tiffany Judge both scored 2 goals. Sophomore Bailey Lachowicz scored a goal and tallied an assist while senior Mary Boziecz scored her first career goal. Senior goalie Emilyse saved 4 shots and allowed no goals while senior goalie Sara Tejada saved 5 shots and allowed 1 goal in the victory for the Mariners.

Marlboro 13, Manchester 6

Senior Kammi Haeusser sank 5 shots to lead the Mustangs (7-3) past the Hawks (6-6). Senior Sarah Gold scored 3 goals and tallied an assist while sophomore Elizabeth Stellato scored 3 goals. Senior Lyndsay McGrath and sophomore Dani Kapp both scored a goal. Senior Brooke Gordon and freshman Ella Trillhaase both distributed an assist. Junior goalie Amanda Collura recorded 9 saves in the victory for the Mustangs.

Nonconference

Paul VI 18, No. 4 Southern 10

The Rams (7-4) fell to the Eagles (10-1), a South Jersey powerhouse despite hat tricks from both senior Delaney Falk and freshman Mackenzie Sininsky. Senior Meri Cassidy and Avery Smith had 2 goals in the loss. Junior Izzy Muti tallied an assist.

Moorestown 7, Trinity Hall 4

The Monarchs (8-5) could not get any offense going in the 1st half as they fell to the Quakers (14-1). Trinity Hall fell behind 3-0 at the end of the 1st quarter and the score remained the same at the half. Each team scored 4 goals in the 2nd half. The Shore Conference remains winless against the South Jersey power as both Rumson-Fair Haven and Manasquan also lost to them. Sophomore Chiara Donahue scored 3 goals and tallied an assist in the loss. Senior Bridie Fitzgerald scored a goal. Sophomore O’Malley Eldridge and freshman Lyla Lu both distributed an assist. Senior goalie Virginia Avery recorded 12 saves.
