2024 NJSIAA Public School Football Playoff Brackets
Here are the brackets for the 2024 NJSIAA football public school playoffs based on the calculations and United Power Rankings from Gridiron New Jersey. The brackets are now official as of noon on Sunday.
The top 16 teams by UPR in each of the state’s 10 super sections qualify for the state tournament and the teams are then split into two eight-team sections, North 1 and North 2 from the North super section and Central and South from the South super section. The No. 1 overall seed in each super section receives the top seed in their traditional bracket and the No. 2 overall seed becomes the top seed in the other bracket. Teams 3 through 16 are then snaked into the respective brackets.

A total of 22 Shore Conference teams have qualified, including No. 1 seeds Toms River North and Rumson-Fair Haven. Earning No. 2 seeds in their respective brackets are Shore Regional, Wall, Point Boro, Brick Memorial and Middletown North.
Toms River North is the two-time defending Group 5 champion while Rumson-Fair Haven has reached the Group 2 state final in each of the past two seasons.
