Senior Laila Vaughan scored four goals, as the Knights (15-5) eliminated the Mariners (12-9).
Junior attacker Ava Steenweg finished with two goals in the loss. Junior Olivia Forlenza added a goal. Sophomore goalie Katherine Tejada made eight saves.
(6) Manalapan 15, (11) Freehold Township 5
Junior midfielder Aryelle Stein registered six goals and an assist, surpassing 300 career points, as the Braves (11-8) defeated the Patriots (11-8). Senior midfielder Madison Alcantara netted five goals. Sophomore attacker Sydney Saftlas finished with three goals. Junior attacker Brooke Lordi added a goal. Junior attacker Madison Zaleski recorded two assists. Senior goalie Jordan Horowitz made 14 saves, passing the 300 mark for her career.
Senior Gianna Neron scored two goals in the loss. Senior Samantha Bruno tallied a career-high two points on a goal and an assist. Senior Maddie Reiser and sophomore Addison Freyre each added a goal. Sophomore goalie Isabella Bruno made 11 saves.
Manalapan will travel to (3) Montgomery in the quarterfinals.
(7) Kingsway 16, (10) Howell 5
Senior Lauren Corbett went off for seven goals, as the Dragons (7-11) eliminated the Rebels (10-8).
Senior midfielder Kendall Bleakley scored four goals in the loss. Senior midfielder BellaRose Marino added a goal.
North Jersey Group 3
(6) Middletown South 21, (11) Millburn 8
Junior attacker Hayley Jamison and sophomore attacker Ashley Penn each compiled five goals and two assists, as the Eagles (12-6) routed the Millers (10-7). Senior attacker Anna Stumberger registered four goals and two assists. Senior midfielder Abigail Gallagher finished with four goals. Junior midfielder Alexis Marquis added three goals and two assists. Sophomore goalie Sophia Harper made six saves.
Middletown South will travel to (3) Morris Knolls in the quarterfinals.
South Jersey Group 3
(7) Toms River East 12, (10) Steinert 10
Senior Allison Momm and junior Kacey Briles each scored three goals, as the Raiders (12-7) defeated the Spartans (15-7). Sophomore Ciley Francis registered two goals and two assists. Sophomore Jaeda Batin finished with two goals and an assist. Junior Libby Dickman added a goal and three assists. Sophomore Charlotte Standfast also added a goal. Senior Angelina Murray made 12 saves, including her 200th career save.
Toms River East will travel to (2) Ocean City in the quarterfinals.
(6) Clearview 9, (11) Brick 8
The Pioneers (11-8) scored two goals in the fourth quarter to rally from an 8-7 deficit and eliminate the Dragons (15-4). Junior attacker Jules Roes registered three goals and three assists.
Senior midfielder Madison Lacerda finished with three goals and an assist in the loss. Senior midfielder Reese Achille added two goals and an assist. Junior attacker Vienna Skowronski, junior midfielder Isabella Finamore, and sophomore midfielder Olivia Hoagland each tallied a goal. Junior defender Ana Cobian-Ramos recorded an assist.
(8) Central 16, (9) Hightstown 9
Sophomore Addison Frulio registered four goals and three assists, as the Golden Eagles (11-8) topped the Rams (9-9). Senior Brianna Nelson finished with three goals and four assists. Freshman Violet Deerr netted her first career hat trick, while freshman Thea Mitchell matched her career high with a hat trick. Junior Logan Lisewski added two goals. Sophomore Maren Hess chipped in with a goal. Sophomore goalie Gianna Lawrence made nine saves.
Central will play the winner of (1) Moorestown and (16) Triton in the quarterfinals.
North Jersey Group 2
(11) Holmdel 8, (6) West Essex 7 (OT)
Sophomore Ryann Buchan poured in six goals, including the game-winner in overtime, as the Hornets (13-6) upended the Knights (8-10). In addition to the scoring, Buchan helped control possession with eight draw controls. Junior midfielder Sunny Betz finished with a goal and two assists. Senior attacker Avery Dubin chipped in with a goal. Senior midfielder Victoria Imburgia played a strong game defensively with three forced turnovers. Freshman goalie Josephine Betz was outstanding in the net with 15 saves.
Holmdel will travel to (3) Pascack Valley in the quarterfinals.
South Jersey Group 2
(4) Barnegat 13, (13) Lacey 1
Senior goalie Allie Soden saved 10 shots, as the Bengals (16-4) shut down the Lions (5-14). Senior Lizzie Medina registered two goals and an assist. Four players scored two goals including senior Molly Ryan and juniors Molly Carroll, Sadie Guiro, and Ella Tortorici. Senior Kylei Grant finished with a goal and an assist. Junior Jayla Duff added a goal.
Junior Addison Papa scored the lone goal in the loss. Sophomore goalie Molly Barneman made 15 saves.
Barnegat will host the winner of (5) Cinnaminson and (12) Delran in the quarterfinals.
(8) Sterling 11, (9) Wall 9
Freshman midfielder Caitlyn Claybourne exploded for eight goals, as the Silver Knights (15-4) eliminated the Crimson Knights (6-12). The South Jersey freshman sensation has 102 goals and 22 assists so far this season.
Senior midfielder Hannah Leete tallied three goals in the loss. Senior attacker Ella Schaible and freshman midfielder Madelyn Soos each scored two goals. Senior attacker Molly Jost and sophomore midfielder Charlotte Switzer each added a goal.
South Jersey Group 1
(1) Haddonfield 21, (16) New Egypt 3
Senior Madison Adam scored three goals, but the Warriors (9-10) fell to the top-seeded Bulldawgs (15-2).
(2) Rumson-Fair Haven 16, (15) A.L. Johnson 6
Senior midfielder Chase Memmott registered two goals and two assists to lead a balanced scoring effort, as the Bulldogs (14-5) overwhelmed the Crusaders (12-6). Junior attacker Chloe Kelly finished with two goals and an assist, finishing the day with her 100th career goal. Sophomore attacker Becca Newell added two goals. Four players finished with a goal and an assist, including juniors Reese Lydon, Aly Megaw, and Emma Kroll, as well as freshman Addie Maguire. Six other players tallied a goal, including senior Maddie DeSena, junior Ella Petri, junior Harbour Goldsmith, junior Logan Klinge, sophomore Campbell Skinner, and sophomore Annie Dickson. The latter four players each recorded their first career goal. Junior goalie Sydney Kiernan made four saves, while freshman goalie Madeline Curran made three saves.
Rumson-Fair Haven will host (7) Woodstown in the quarterfinals.
(8) Point Boro 7, (9) Shore 4
Senior attacker Lily Scalabrini registered two goals and an assist, as the Panthers (15-4) defeated the Blue Devils (9-12) for the third time this season. Junior midfielder Lucy Hauser scored two goals. Senior midfielder Francesca Skowronski, junior midfielder Sienna Gurrieri, and sophomore attacker Juliana Scalabrini each scored a goal. Junior attacker Aubrey Gilbert recorded two assists. Junior defender Emma Forsythe forced five turnovers. Senior goalie Sloane Schwertheim made 11 saves.
Junior midfielder Marielle Montenegro scored two goals in the loss. Junior midfielder Ava Matthews and sophomore midfielder Scarlett Watson also each added a goal. Junior defender Claudia Bufano recorded an assist. Sophomore goalie Olivia Merten made eight saves.
Point Boro will travel to (1) Haddonfield in the quarterfinals.
