No. 1 Donovan Catholic 8, Point Boro 3
Junior pitcher Dani Rodriguez struck out 8 batters and allowed just 2 hits along with 0 runs in 6 innings of action to lead the Griffins (11-0, 7-0) past the Panthers (6-6, 2-4). Junior Isabella Maria hit a 2 run home run. Senior Gianna Apostolakos went 3 for 3 with 2 RBIs. Senior Sophia Senger hit a 2 RBI single.
Class B North
Holmdel 7, Matawan 4
Junior Emma Vanario went 2 for 4 with 4 RBIs to lead the Hornets (6-3, 3-3) past the Huskies (4-5, 3-4). Holmdel jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the top of the 3rd inning and added 4 more runs in the top of the 4th. Matawan scored all 4 of their runs in the bottom of the 6th inning. Senior Avery Lewandowski went 1 for 2 with a double and 2 walks in addition to scoring 2 runs. Freshman Molly Debias was 1 for 3 with an RBI single and a walk.
Class B South
Manasquan 3, Toms River North 2
Junior Delia Gilmore went 4 for 4 with a home run, 2 doubles, an RBI, and 2 runs to lead the Warriors (3-6, 3-5) past the Mariners (1-10, 0-8). Senior pitcher Julia Carson struck out 10 batters and only allowed 5 hits, 1 hit batter, and 2 earned runs in a complete game win on the mound. Freshman Julianne Runge went 3 for 4 with a triple, a double, and an RBI. Freshman Calista Vowteras hit an RBI single and scored a run in the win for the Warriors.
Senior Jordyn Brown went 2 for 3 with an RBI in the loss for the Mariners. Senior Stephanie Barone hit a single and scored a run. Senior Makiyah Ross hit an RBI double. Junior Camryn Lynch hit an RBI single.
Wall 16, New Egypt 6
The Crimson Knights (5-3, 5-2) combined for 4 home runs in a runaway victory over the Warriors (6-6, 4-3). Sophomore Addison Lawrence smashed 2 solo home runs. Senior Emily Gill went 2 for 4 with a home run, double, and 3 RBIs. Senior Megan Bertrand was 3 for 5 with a home run, 2 singles, and 3 RBIs. Freshman Ladai Velazquez hit a 2 RBI triple in the win for the Crimson Knights.

Senior pitcher Camryn Colaizzo threw a 4-inning perfect game with 1 strikeout in a lopsided win for the Bucs (6-2, 4-2) over the Piners (0-8, 0-6).
Keyport 19, Long Branch 2 (4 innings)
Junior Nicolette Sickles struck out 8 batters and allowed just 2 hits and no earned runs in the Red Raiders’ (2-4, 2-4) 4-inning victory over the Green Wave (0-7, 0-5). Senior Olivia Grabowski hit a 2 RBI double. Junior Sophia Forte went 1 for 2 with 4 RBIs.

Senior pitcher Lily Hagan had an excellent day on the mound striking out 12 batters and allowing just 5 hits and 1 hit batter along with no earned runs in the Caseys (8-1) victory over Morris Catholic (7-3). Senior Lana Rudolph went 1 for 2 with a single and 3 RBIs. Sophomore Grace Lombardi went 3 for 4 with a double and an RBI. Junior Jayden Kane hit an RBI double in the win for the Caseys.
No. 1 Donovan Catholic 10, Kellenberg (NY) 1
Sophomore pitcher Gylian Hixenbaugh struck out 8 batters and allowed just 4 hits and no earned runs in a complete game win for the Griffins (11-0). Senior Olivia Kurth went 3 for 4 with 2 doubles and 4 RBIs. Junior Jaelynn Nunez was 2 for 4 with a home run, a double, and 2 RBIs. Junior Isabella Maria went 2 for 4 with a triple and 2 RBIs.

The Indians (5-7) fell to out-of-state Kellenberg (NY). Senior Candice Peck hit an RBI double that scored sophomore Payton O’Connor for the lone run of the game for the Indians. in the loss.
