2026 Shore Sports Insider All-Shore Girls Lacrosse Teams

Reagan Catalano, Sr., Toms River North

Catalano was one of the Shore’s most dangerous finishers, totaling 67 goals and 12 assists during her senior season. She turned in one of the Shore’s top-scoring performances of the season against Lacey, erupting for 10 goals in a victory over the Lions.

Lizzie Medina, Sr., Barnegat

A key all-around contributor for Colonial Division champion Barnegat, Medina filled the stat sheet with 51 goals, 15 assists, and 66 points while also recording 58 ground balls, 39 draw controls, and 29 forced turnovers. She was a consistent offensive threat throughout the season, posting three separate four-goal performances.

Allison Momm, Sr., Toms River East

A steady veteran presence for the Raiders, Momm produced 49 goals, 12 assists, and 61 points during her senior season. The Kean University commit was a reliable offensive leader throughout the year and matched her season high with six goals in victories over both Jackson and Howell.

Maddie Pierson, So., Red Bank

A key piece of Red Bank’s high-powered offense, Pierson totaled 47 goals, 18 assists and 65 points during a standout sophomore season. She delivered one of her best performances against Ridge, recording four goals and three assists in a victory over the Red Devils.

Ella Schaible, Sr., Wall

One of the Shore’s top distributors, Schaible orchestrated Wall’s offense with 37 goals, 42 assists and 79 points during her senior season. The College of New Jersey commit also showed she could take over as a scorer, erupting for six goals and an assist in a victory over Ocean.

Midfield

Madison Adam, Sr., New Egypt

A do-it-all midfielder for the Warriors, Adam was among the Shore’s statistical leaders with 92 goals, 35 assists and 127 points while also amassing 100 ground balls, 133 draw controls and 43 forced turnovers. The Duquesne commit was a game-changing presence all over the field.

Sunny Betz, Jr., Holmdel

A versatile playmaker for Constitution Division champion Holmdel, Betz contributed in every phase of the game with 42 goals, 28 assists, and 70 points while also adding 45 ground balls, 45 draw controls, and 18 forced turnovers. The Salisbury commit showcased her all-around offensive ability in a victory over Ocean, totaling five goals and three assists.

Abigail Gallagher, Sr., Middletown South

A team captain and strong defensive midfielder, Gallagher provided leadership and toughness for Middletown South while also making an impact offensively. She finished with 27 goals, six assists, and 33 points to go with 21 ground balls, 24 draw controls, and eight forced turnovers. Gallagher showcased her scoring ability with five goals in a victory over Central and added four more in a state tournament win over Millburn.

Aubrey Gilbert, Jr., Point Boro

A key offensive contributor for a Point Boro team that finished 15-5, Gilbert totaled 44 goals, 30 assists, and 74 points while also collecting 30 ground balls. The junior consistently created scoring opportunities for herself and her teammates and turned in one of her best performances of the season with five goals and two assists against Middletown South.

Olivia Hoagland, So., Brick

A major reason behind Brick’s Freedom Division championship season, Hoagland emerged as one of the Shore’s top all-around sophomores. She totaled 46 goals, 34 assists, and 80 points while also contributing 46 ground balls and 37 draw controls. Hoagland delivered one of her best performances in a victory over Point Pleasant Beach, finishing with five goals and two assists.

Lauren Kuhn, Jr., Toms River North

One of the Shore’s most productive offensive players, Kuhn stuffed the stat sheet with 62 goals, 52 assists and 114 points while also adding 36 ground balls, 69 draw controls and 22 forced turnovers. The junior showcased her ability to take over games with 10-point performances against both Jackson and Donovan Catholic, recording seven goals and three assists against the Jaguars and six goals and four assists against the Griffins.

Ava Matthews, Jr., Shore

A dynamic all-around player for the Blue Devils, Matthews contributed across the field with 42 goals, 15 assists, and 57 points while also recording 25 ground balls, 64 draw controls, and 24 forced turnovers. The George Washington commit turned in one of the most complete performances of the season in a victory over Barnegat, finishing with four goals, two assists, four ground balls, four draw controls, and four forced turnovers.

Marielle Montenegro, Jr., Shore

A dynamic all-around player for the Blue Devils, Montenegro totaled 51 goals, 13 assists, and 64 points while also contributing 35 ground balls, 81 draw controls, and 22 forced turnovers. The University of Pennsylvania field hockey commit was a consistent scoring threat throughout the season, recording at least four goals in five different games.

DEFENSE

Kayden Bulger, Jr., Southern

A disruptive defender for the Rams, Bulger consistently made life difficult for opposing offenses with her aggressive style of play. She finished with 32 ground balls and 34 forced turnovers, including a five-turnover performance in a victory over Wall. Bulger also contributed offensively when opportunities arose, scoring two goals against Trinity Hall.

Annie Dickson, So., Rumson-Fair Haven

A key member of Rumson-Fair Haven’s championship-caliber defense, Dickson emerged as one of the Shore’s top young defenders. The sophomore totaled 17 ground balls and 27 forced turnovers and played a major role in the Bulldogs’ Shore Conference Tournament title run, forcing four turnovers in the championship game against Red Bank. Dickson also chipped in offensively during the state tournament, scoring a goal in a victory over A.L. Johnson.

Alexis Marquis, Jr., Middletown South

A versatile athlete for the Eagles, Marquis contributed on both ends of the field with 38 goals, seven assists, and 45 points while also recording 20 ground balls, 48 draw controls, and nine forced turnovers. The East Stroudsburg commit was a consistent presence throughout the season, helping drive Middletown South’s success with her all-around play.

Gianna Pascale, Sr., Toms River East

A leader on the back line for the Raiders, Pascale anchored the defense with her experience and steady play throughout the season. The College of New Jersey commit finished with 39 ground balls and 14 forced turnovers while also contributing offensively with a goal and an assist against Marlboro and a goal against Lacey.

Goalie

Josephine Betz, Fr., Holmdel

The Shore Sports Insider Freshman of the Year, Betz emerged as one of the Shore’s top goalkeepers in her debut season. She finished with 213 saves, 125 goals allowed, and a 63.0 save percentage while helping lead Holmdel to the Constitution Division title. Betz delivered one of her best performances in the state tournament, making 15 saves in an 8-7 overtime upset victory over West Essex.

Nora Tavares, Sr., Red Bank

A dependable presence in goal for the Bucs, Tavares finished her senior season with 174 saves, 150 goals allowed, and a 53.7 save percentage. The George Washington commit delivered several standout performances throughout the year, including 12 saves in a 7-6 victory over Manasquan and an 18-save effort in a state tournament win over Ridge.
