Shore Sports Insider Girls Lacrosse 2026 Week 7 Top 10 Rankings
1. Trinity Hall (15-1) Last Week: 1

The Monarchs have dominated throughout the season, compiling a 15-1 record while consistently overwhelming opponents on both ends of the field. This past week was no different, as Trinity Hall earned victories over No. 5 Middletown South, Red Bank Catholic, No. 7 Barnegat, and Old Bridge while outscoring those opponents by a combined 64-16 margin. The Monarchs now enter the Shore Conference Tournament as the top seed and the clear team to beat.
Junior standout Chiara Donohue continued to strengthen her case for Shore Sports Insider Player of the Year honors with another dominant week, totaling 26 goals to push her season total to 97. O’Malley Eldridge, Sarina DeRosa, and Lyla Lu have also remained key offensive contributors, giving Trinity Hall one of the most dangerous attacks in the state.
Defensively, goalkeeper Anna Pharo has been exceptional, recording 151 saves on 222 shots faced this season. Winnie Popham and Maddie Plank have also played pivotal roles defensively, consistently anchoring a unit that has been among the Shore Conference’s best all season.

2. Rumson Fair Haven (8-4) Last Week: 2

Rumson-Fair Haven has endured an up-and-down season at times, but the Bulldogs appear to be playing their best lacrosse heading into the postseason. Despite playing without standout Chloe Kelly, RFH delivered an impressive 16-3 victory over Shore before falling in a hard-fought non-conference matchup against Pingry.
In Kelly’s absence, sophomore Becca Newell stepped up in a major way. Newell scored five goals against Shore and followed it up with a hat trick against Pingry. Chase Memmott also turned in a strong week offensively, totaling seven points with three goals and four assists. Aly Megaw and Reese Lydon continue to provide the Bulldogs with dynamic scoring threats capable of taking over games at any moment.
Defensively, Harbour Goldsmith and Sydney Kiernan remain the leaders of a physical and disciplined unit that has consistently made life difficult for opposing offenses.
The Bulldogs will be one of the most dangerous number five seeds that the Shore Conference Tournament has had in a long time.

4. Southern (10-3) Last Week: 4

The Rams put together a strong 2-1 week, earning quality victories over No. 6 Manasquan and Central Regional before suffering a narrow one-goal loss to Cherry Hill West on Friday.
Mackenzie Sininsky continues to lead the Rams offensively, totaling 47 goals and 24 assists on the season. Freshman Brynn Angelozzi has emerged as one of the conference’s top young players and has built a compelling case for Freshman of the Year honors with her consistent production throughout the season.
Southern has also received key contributions from Callie Siek and Emily Buczynski, both of whom have played important roles on both ends of the field. In goal, Adyson Griffin has continued to establish herself as one of the Shore Conference’s premier goalies, consistently delivering strong performances against top competition.

5. Middletown South (8-5) Last Week: 5

Middletown South once again split its games this past week, earning a win over Manalapan before falling to powerhouse Trinity Hall. There is little reason to fault the Eagles for the loss, as Trinity Hall remains one of the top programs in the state.
The Eagles continue to showcase one of the Shore Conference’s most dynamic offensive attacks. Hayley Jamison has been exceptional all season, as the Rutgers commit has totaled 44 goals and 18 assists. Ashley Penn has also turned in an outstanding campaign, recording 37 goals while consistently providing a scoring spark for the Eagles.
Veteran leaders Abby Gallagher and Anna Stumberger have delivered steady production throughout the season, giving Middletown South valuable experience and balance offensively. Junior defender Alexis Marquis has also enjoyed a breakout season, contributing an impressive 25 goals while continuing to make an impact on both ends of the field.

6. Manasquan (7-6) Last Week: 6

The Warriors remain at the No. 6 spot after splitting their games this past week. Manasquan earned a lopsided victory over Donovan Catholic before suffering a close loss to Southern.
Chloe Stevens has been outstanding all season, leading the offense with 40 goals. While the Warriors have experienced some growing pains due to their youth, the talent within the program is evident. Manasquan has continued to show flashes of being a dangerous team capable of competing with anyone in the conference.
Outside of Stevens, the Warriors have relied on a balanced offensive approach with contributions coming from multiple players, a formula that has proven effective throughout the season.

7. Barnegat (12-3) Last Week: 7

8. Point Boro (12-2) Last Week: 8

The Panthers currently hold the longest active winning streak in the Shore Conference, having won 11 consecutive games. That streak continued this past week with decisive victories over Red Bank Catholic, Brick Memorial, and Toms River North.
Offensively, Lily Scalabrini and Audrey Gilbert have formed one of the conference’s most dangerous duos, combining for 100 points this season. Senior midfielder Francesca Skowronski has also played a pivotal role in the Panthers’ success, consistently controlling possession with her dominance on draw controls.
Junior midfielder Lucy Hauser has emerged as another major offensive contributor, scoring in nine straight games while totaling 23 goals during that stretch. With balanced scoring and strong midfield play, the Panthers continue to build momentum heading into postseason competition.

9. Holmdel (11-4) Last week: 9

Holmdel continues to impress, and now the Hornets have a championship to show for it. Holmdel captured the Constitution Division title this past week while finishing 2-1, earning victories over Ocean and Toms River East before suffering a narrow one-goal loss to No. 7 Barnegat.
Ryann Buchan and Sunny Betz have developed into one of the Shore Conference’s most dangerous offensive duos. Buchan has totaled 81 points this season with 47 goals and 34 assists, while Betz has added 60 points of her own with 36 goals and 24 assists.
Freshman goalkeeper Josephine Betz has also emerged as one of the conference’s breakout stars. Not only has she built a strong case for Freshman of the Year honors, but she has also established herself as a legitimate contender for Goalie of the Year with her outstanding play in net for the Hornets.

10. Brick (13-1) Last Week: 10

The Dragons continued their strong play this past week with victories over Middletown North and Toms River South.
Reese Achille has continued to lead the way offensively for the Dragons, serving as the team’s primary scoring threat throughout the season. However, Brick’s success has been fueled by far more than just one player.
Olivia Hoagland has emerged as a major offensive weapon, totaling 37 goals and 25 assists while consistently creating opportunities for both herself and her teammates. Madison Lacerda has also been a key contributor, adding 35 goals and giving the Dragons another dangerous scoring option as they head into postseason play.
