A Week to Go: 2026 Boys Soccer Shore Conference Tournament Clinch Scenarios
The Shore Conference Tournament will be seeded on Saturday, Oct. 10 and the final scheduled game of the tournament’s group stage is on Oct. 9. On that day, Southern will host Matawan in a game that could potentially decide the 24th and final spot in the tournament, depending on what transpires in the group-stage games prior.
With most of the group stage already in the books, 17 of the 24 spots in the Shore Conference Tournament are filled and four teams — Jackson, Ocean, Middletown South and Shore — have already clinched a first-round bye by winning their respective groups. As for the other seven available SCT berths and the final group standings, there are still a range of scenarios throughout the groups.
Below is a breakdown of each group: which teams have clinched their spot, which are eliminated and what scenarios are still in play.
