2026 Girls Basketball SCT Watch: Jan. 25 Update

Shore Conference Girls Basketball Tournament 2026 Format

• All schools will be seeded in the tournament unless a school wishes to withdraw. Withdrawal must be done no later than Wednesday, February 4, 2026, by contacting the Tournament Directors.
• All teams will be ranked 1-46 (minus withdrawals) utilizing the teams power points at the conclusion of play on Saturday, February 7th. A committee of coaches representing each division will then seed the eligible teams in the Championship Division. Coaches Cup seeding will be according to the team’s power points.
• The top 24 teams will comprise the Championship Bracket, and the remainder from 25-47 will comprise the Coaches Cup Bracket. EXCEPTION: Any Divisional Champion who does not get seeded in the Championship Bracket may opt into the Championship tournament.
• Home Games in the Championship Bracket for the play in and round of 16 will be at the higher seed. Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals of the Championship Bracket will be at neutral sites. All Coaches Cup games will be played at the highest seed throughout the tournament.

The Shore Conference Tournament schedule will be as follows:

First Round: Tuesday, Feb. 10
Round of 16: Thursday, Feb. 12
Quarterfinals (Girls): Saturday, Feb. 14 at Holmdel High School
Semifinals (Girls): Tuesday, Feb. 17 at Brookdale Community College
Championship: Friday, Feb. 20 at Monmouth University
