(1) Manasquan 53, (8) Trinity Hall 37
In typical Manasquan fashion, the Warriors came out of halftime outscoring Trinity Hall 23-11 in the third quarter after a sluggish first half. The Monarchs jumped off to a fast start, going up 7-0 in the first 30 seconds. Trinity Hall lead 14-5, but Shannon Looney helped Manasquan climb back into it by scoring five straight points to make it 14-10 with 1:45 left in the first quarter.
Trailing by two at halftime, Jordyn Hollawell helped get the Warriors going by scoring 11 of her game-high 19 points in the third quarter. Hollawell was able to get the basket and draw the foul to get the free-throw line. She went 12-for-14 from the free-throw line.

“We had more of an offensive mind, it was a two point game at half and we down,” Hollawell said. “We only got perimeter shots in the first half and we turned it up a notch. She (Coach Kukoda) said we had to fight for what we knew was ours. We had to prove to everyone we are here for a reason, we are the number one seed for a reason and everything we worked for this season matters today so we can get to the game on Tuesday.”
Seniors Olivia Shaughnessy and Shea Donnelly both added 12 points for the Warriors with Donnelly scoring 7 points in the first half to help keep Manasquan close and Shaughnessy scoring 7 in the third quarter.

Junior Grace Feeney scored 13 of her team-high 18 points in the first half for Trinity Hall to help them get out to a fast start. Junior Bridget Rigney knocked down two 3-pointers to add 10 points for the Monarchs.
Manasquan will play the No. 4 seed Red Bank Catholic on Tuesday at RW Barnabas Arena.
(4) Red Bank Catholic 73, (5) Red Bank Regional 24
The Caseys held RBR to just six points in the first half to build a 29 points lead and did not look back in a lopsided victory. Seniors Tessa Carman and Christina Liggio led the way for RBC with 18 for Carman and 17 for Liggio. Liggio became the second player of the season to reach the 1,000 point milestone for the Caseys. RBC will face top seeded Manasquan on Tuesday at RW Barnabas Arena in Toms River.

(2) St. John Vianney 52, (7) Ranney 31
SJV, who built a 24-12 lead at halftime, was able to stop Ranney’s 7-0 run to start the second half and forced several turnovers to end the third quarter and the start of the fourth quarter to win convincingly. Junior Madison Kocis knocked down three 3-pointers to score a game-high 19 points and grabbed 7 rebounds to lead SJV. Stella Lockhart went 7-for-9 at the free-throw line to finish with 18 points and grabbed 9 rebounds for the Lancers. Alena Dinker and Charlotte Bradley did great job finding the open person, combining for 9 assists. SJV will play St. Rose on Tuesday in the SCT semifinal round at RW Barnabas Arena.

(3) St. Rose 55, (6) Howell 31
After a close first half, St. Rose was able to build a 12 point lead going into the fourth quarter and put the game away by outscoring Howell 14-2 in the final quarter to advance into the SCT semifinals. Jada Lynch knocked down three 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 27 points to lead the Purple Roses. Senior Cassidy Kruesi also drained three 3-pointers to finish with 17 points for St. Rose. Junior BellaRose Marino finished with a team-high 11 points for Howell. St. Rose will face St. John Vianney on Tuesday at RW Barnabas Arena in the SCT semifinals.

Coaches Cup
Second Round
(3) Marlboro 58, (14) Donovan Catholic 29
Marlboro jumped out to a 27-11 lead at the end of the 1st quarter and never looked back in their win against Donovan Catholic. Freshman Mackenzie Klatsky exploded for 24 points including six 3-pointers while Senior Brooke Gordon added 10 points in the win for the Mustangs. Sophomore Kaylen Wright scored a team-high 10 points in the loss for the Griffins.
Non-Divisional
Point Boro 49, Holmdel 46
A 21 point performance from Senior Vanessa Haas helped Point Boro pull out a narrow victory against Holmdel. Senior Emily Marinelli added 13 points in the win while Gabrielle Mellet scored 6 points to go along with a game-high 12 rebounds. Holmdel Senior Mackenzie Teevan scored a game-high 28 points to go along with 8 rebounds and 4 blocks in the loss for the Hornets.
Non-Conference
Freehold Township 53, South Brunswick 37
Senior Ava Giordano’s 18 point performance helped Freehold Township pull away in the 2nd half to defeat South Brunswick. The Patriots turned a 21-18 halftime lead into a 38-30 lead at the end of the 3rd quarter before putting the finishing touches on in the 4th quarter. Senior Gaby Parker added 11 points while Senior Sophie Tonino added 10 points in the win for the Patriots.
Shore Regional 73, Arts 41
A 20 point performance from Senior Reese Fiore, 18 point performance from Senior Kimi Sayson, and 14 point performance from Junior Ava Coyle spearheaded a lopsided victory for the Blue Devils.
