2026 Shore Sports Insider All-Shore Girls Lacrosse Teams
Shore Sports Insider is proud to unveil its 2026 All-Shore girls lacrosse teams and season-ending award winners featuring the top performers from the 2026 Shore Conference girls lacrosse season.
SSI’s girls lacrosse All-Shore teams were selected by girls lacrosse reporter Dan Yeserski based on seeing players in person during game coverage this season and speaking with coaches about their own players and opponents during and after the season.

2026 Shore Sports Insider All-Shore Girls Lacrosse Teams
FIRST TEAM
Attack
Chloe Keating, Sr., Red Bank

A key offensive catalyst for a Red Bank team that reached the Shore Conference Tournament final, Keating finished the season with 53 goals, 23 assists, and 76 points. The Hobart & William Smith commit delivered one of her best performances in the postseason, totaling seven points on three goals and four assists in a sectional quarterfinal victory over Ridge.
Reese Lydon, Jr., Rumson-Fair Haven

One of the top playmakers on the Shore Conference Tournament champions, Lydon totaled 43 goals, 33 assists, and 76 points to help power the Bulldogs’ attack. The Jacksonville commit elevated her play during RFH’s SCT title run, recording five goals and two assists in a win over Manalapan before adding four goals and two assists against Manasquan.
Midfield
Chiara Donohue, Jr., Trinity Hall

The Shore Sports Insider Most Valuable Player, Donohue dominated every facet of the game while leading Trinity Hall to the American Division title. The Duke commit, an elite two-way midfielder, piled up 129 goals, 24 assists, and 153 points while also collecting 80 ground balls, 128 draw controls, and 130 forced turnovers. Donohue delivered one of the Shore’s most explosive performances of the season in the state tournament, erupting for nine goals and three assists in a second-round victory.
O’Malley Eldridge, Jr., Trinity Hall

A standout performer for a Trinity Hall team that captured the American Division title, Eldridge produced 52 goals, 38 assists and 90 points while also adding 45 ground balls, 27 draw controls and 37 forced turnovers. The Army commit impacted the game on both ends of the field and turned in one of her best performances of the season with four goals and six assists in a 15-4 victory over Southern.
Hayley Jamison, Jr., Middletown South

A standout performer in the midfield for Middletown South, Jamison totaled 65 goals, 27 assists, and 92 points while also controlling possession with 85 draw controls. The Rutgers commit added 18 ground balls and eight forced turnovers and delivered one of her top performances of the season with six goals and three assists in a late-season victory over Point Boro.
Chloe Kelly, Jr., Rumson-Fair Haven

The Shore Sports Insider Offensive Player of the Year, Kelly was the driving force behind Rumson-Fair Haven’s Shore Conference Tournament championship. The Ohio State commit stuffed the stat sheet with 72 goals, 26 assists, and 98 points while also contributing 67 draw controls, 28 ground balls, and 27 forced turnovers. Kelly saved one of her best performances for the SCT final, erupting for six goals in the championship victory over Red Bank.
Aly Megaw, Jr., Rumson-Fair Haven

An important piece of the Rumson-Fair Haven team that captured the Shore Conference Tournament title, Megaw finished with 41 goals, 24 assists, and 65 points while also recording 36 draw controls, 15 ground balls, and 10 forced turnovers. The Colorado commit came through in a pivotal SCT matchup, scoring four goals in a victory over Trinity Hall that helped send the Bulldogs to the championship game.
Karlie Ruland, Sr., Red Bank

One of the Shore’s premier two-way midfielders, Ruland filled the stat sheet with 57 goals, 24 assists and 81 points while also collecting 54 ground balls, 101 draw controls and 31 forced turnovers. The Rhode Island commit was a major factor in Red Bank’s run to the Shore Conference Tournament final and delivered a dominant performance in a midseason victory over Central with six goals and three assists.
Mackenzie Sininsky, So., Southern

Potentially the top uncommitted player in the Shore Conference, Sininsky put together a dominant sophomore season as one of the Shore’s most complete midfielders. The three-sport standout totaled 81 goals, 39 assists and 120 points while also amassing 78 ground balls, 87 draw controls and 66 forced turnovers. Sininsky delivered one of the season’s signature performances in an early-season upset of Rumson-Fair Haven, scoring five goals, including the game-winner.
Ella Tortorici, Jr., Barnegat

A jack of all trades for a Barnegat team that captured the Colonial Division title, Tortorici made her presence felt in every phase of the game. The Mount St. Mary’s commit totaled 59 goals, 22 assists, and 81 points while also collecting 80 ground balls, 123 draw controls, and 75 forced turnovers. Tortorici turned in one of her top performances of the season with five goals and three assists in an early-season victory over Manalapan.
Midfield/Defense
Chase Memmott, Sr., Rumson-Fair Haven

After making the move to midfield, Memmott quickly established herself as one of the Shore’s top defensive midfielders with her disruptive play. The William & Mary commit totaled 28 goals, 31 assists, and 59 points while also recording 48 ground balls, 89 draw controls, and 39 forced turnovers. Memmott showed her offensive ability in a sectional quarterfinal victory over Woodstown, finishing with four goals and three assists.
DEFENSE
Julia Barry, Sr., Southern

The leader of Southern’s defensive unit and a back-to-back All-Shore selection, Barry was one of the Shore’s top shutdown defenders. She finished with 46 ground balls and 47 forced turnovers while consistently creating problems for opposing offenses. Barry scored a goal in a game against Clearview, where she also forced a season-high 7 turnovers.
Harbour Goldsmith, Jr., Rumson-Fair Haven

The Shore Sports Insider Defensive Player of the Year, Goldsmith was the cornerstone of a Rumson-Fair Haven defense that helped power the Bulldogs to the Shore Conference Tournament championship. The Rutgers commit consistently drew the assignment of defending the opposition’s top offensive threat and finished with 22 ground balls and 40 forced turnovers. Her standout performance came in the SCT semifinals, when she helped hold Shore Sports Insider MVP Chiara Donohue to three goals in a 9-8 victory, the fewest goals Donohue scored against a Shore Conference opponent all season. Goldsmith also chipped in offensively late in the season, scoring goals in back-to-back state tournament wins over A.L. Johnson and Woodstown.
Logan McCarthy, Sr., Manasquan

A standout defender for a Manasquan team that captured the South Jersey Group 2 title, McCarthy excelled at creating extra possessions and disrupting opposing offenses. The Albany commit finished with 76 ground balls, 79 draw controls, and 48 forced turnovers while also adding six goals and an assist. McCarthy turned in one of the most unique performances by a defender this season, scoring a hat trick in a victory over Donovan Catholic.
Winnie Popham, Sr., Trinity Hall

Popham spearheaded a Trinity Hall defense that was instrumental in the Monarchs’ run to the American Division championship. The Loyola Maryland commit recorded 50 forced turnovers and 32 ground balls while also contributing five goals and three assists. Among her top performances was a four-forced turnover effort in a win over eventual South Jersey Group 1 champion Haddonfield.
Goalie
Adyson Griffin, Sr., Southern

A steady presence in goal for the Rams, Griffin turned in another strong season with 126 saves and just 92 goals allowed. The Merrimack commit came through with one of her best performances in a signature early-season victory, making 15 saves in a 6-5 upset of Rumson-Fair Haven.
Anna Pharo, So., Trinity Hall

The Shore Sports Insider Goalie of the Year and one of the top uncommitted players in the Shore Conference, Pharo was the backbone of a Trinity Hall team that captured the American Division title. She finished with 208 saves, 115 goals allowed, and an outstanding 64.4 save percentage while elevating her play even further in division competition, posting a 68.6 save percentage (59 saves, 27 goals allowed).
